Stretchy seedlings...worried!

Hi, I have 5 seedlings on day 7. 2 of them are going fine but the three from ditch passion were very stretchy though. Likely due to having the light to far away. Take a look, any advise would be great. Cheers all!

Hello, first of all, it depends on the genetics, every plant is different. Some grow taller at the beginning. Set your light 40cm above the plant and measure with the Photone app. 250-350ppfd is more than enough for the first weeks.

Can a 1000w LED grow light be closer than 60cm (24") to a seedling?Different sources are saying: 1000w LED light should not be closer to a seedling than 60-75cm (24"-30"). The seedling should be getting 5000-7000 lux, 100-300 PAR (PPFD 18h) and 12-20 DLI. Question: Can I put the light closer at ~40cm, dimmed to match the needed lux, par and dli

Seedlings This is my first grow and waiting for them to sprout out, I first soaked them in water over night on a seedling heat mat then put them into soil in these pots and into the plastic propagator in a dark room, should i take them out put them under lights now or wait til they sprout?

Slow indoor seedling growth 4 days since sprout, issues with light timer, seedlings ended up getting 48 hrs of light after they sprouted, and this AM I found that the timer did not turn the light back on so it got 11 hours of dark last night instead of 6. Could this be detrimental to seedling?

Light Burn? Mars Hydro TS3000 at 30% Power, 26 inches away per manual. I have since raised back to 30 inches.Is this light burn? I noticed some slight yellowing/crispy looking leaf at day 11. Light is about 30% Power, about 30 inches away. I previously had it about 26 inches and raised when I noticed this issue about 24 hrs ago. Pics are updated. Temps: 70-75 RH: 50-60 Soil Runoff: 6.5

Lamp distance from seedlings? PPFD uploaded in this weeks photos.How far away I should have my lamp from my week old seedlings? I think it has something to do with the PPFD for my lamp (TS600), but I have no idea what it means. The lamp is set right at the very top of my tent now and is 32 inches (81cm) away. See photos in week 1.

Seeds sprouted above soil some have helmet head some don't but need guidance?18/18 seeds pop & are now under 2 - 2ft-75w 105 PAR lights set to blue only on a 12/12 sched as they are going outside once warmer.
