I'd wager lockout. That no till soil is not balanced well for marijuana. Hopefully, as they mature they handle it better.
leaves clawing is a sign of over-feeding - whether fertilizer or in the soil is irrelevant to the plant being overfed.
just in case:
watering
1) fully saturate - minimal runoff in your case unless dealing with a toxicity in the medium.
2) allow top 1" or so to dry before repeating. If the base of the medium is a lower water-holding capacity, like coco coir, then you irrigate sooner when it starts to dry superficially.
if you are choosing a volume to give it as opposed to what is required, this is wrong. If you whimsically choose the time between irrigations, you are doing it wrong. You give what it takes to get the job done and you re-irrigated based on a reaction to an observation.. a trigger. That is "proper."
If any portion of this process causes droop, it is the fault of the constitution of the medium. More perlite or similar is needed. I prefer vermiculite #3 over perlite #2.
