T5 "full spec" 100W x 4 and 1 x 200w CFL (Wedging Bulb)High! I got 100w/total, 4x1 T5 Led-strips 40cm long 2cm wide (DIY-lamp, every strip is on a fitted plate 3cm between etch other). When i grew non auto i just had them 3 weeks then switch the light time and changed 400w to a 600w. I learned that because they used to get hella big. And in Auto seeds i switch the spectrum after 3 weeksWeek 7
