Why do they look so pale and curled right now? They're on the balcony in full sun in Light Mix and were fertilized with 420 all-in-one fertilizer. I'm not sure if it's just a deficiency or something else?

Hey, it's unfortunately a bit hard to get all the info from a photo. Basically, it can be a combination of many things: temperature, humidity, light intensity, over- and underwatering, pH level, and nutrient content. I strongly suspect that you've been watering too often, which prevents the plant from breathing properly. Also, your pH level might not be right, which can lead to a blockage in the substrate due to salts. Check your watering habits and your pH level; sometimes less fertilizer is a bit better.

Looks to me like a mix of too high temperature and too much water. Or rather excessive watering.

We need more info like this we can just gues it ... could be Heat Stress, Nitrogen Toxicity , Overwatering/Root Stress... I would vote for Nitrogen Toxicity 😉

I don't see dmg entirely but one of the simplest problems a plant can face that greatly disrupts osmosis is high ec, your tips are not showing the dmg yet I'd say medium sits around 1.5 ms/cm, Leaf curling downward taco is a sign of high ec disrupting osmosis coupled with possible slight oversaturation of medium. Early.

Turgor pressure is compromised for some reason. Turgor is mostly generated through osmosis during transpiration. So something may be effecting the movement of water up and through the plant. Taco leaves hint at overwatering. This could be oversaturated medium. High Rh in the air. Plant isn't generating enough turgor to keep everything erect, she will slowly start choosing which part of leaf to reduce turgor so the more critical parts of the leaf can still remain efficent. 😉 Grow on!

Maybe something in root area. Pot exposed to sun, heats up and/or overdry too quick. No diary, hard to guess from one photo.
