Here’s what your plant seems to be communicating:
Visual diagnosis
Yellow tips only at the very ends of leaves, while the rest of the leaf remains green
Slight lightening of the new growth (lime-green tone)
No clawing, no burnt edges progressing inward
The yellowing is uniform on multiple leaves, not patchy
Interpretation
This combination most often points to the early stage of nutrient tip burn — essentially the plant saying “You’re right at the edge of too much feed.”
It happens when:
The medium still has residual nutrients (e.g. from your growmix or pre-fertilized soil)
You start adding bottled fertilizer on top
Or when nutrient salts build up slightly in the root zone and the EC rises faster than the plant can handle
The lime-green new growth suggests that nitrogen levels are still fairly high, but phosphorus and potassium (flower nutrients) are only starting to take over. This is typical right after a feed transition from “grow” to “bloom.”
What to check
1. Runoff EC and pH
If EC is 2.0 mS/cm or the runoff is much higher than input → mild overfertilization.
pH 6.8 or 5.8 can also lock out certain nutrients and mimic deficiencies.
2. Feeding frequency
If you’ve just started bloom feed, do feed → water → feed for a week to let the plant adjust.
3. Environment
Lights too close can accelerate uptake and make tips burn sooner, even at normal nutrient levels.
Since you already raised your lights twice, it’s safe to rule out light burn here.
Recommended action
No flush needed yet — just give plain pH-balanced water (5.9–6.4 in soil) once or twice, then resume bloom feed at ¾ strength.
Keep Nitrogen (N) moderate; don’t use additional Grow at this stage.
Introduce Calcium/Magnesium if you’re using filtered or soft water.
Maintain good runoff each watering to prevent salt buildup.
Bigup and keep growing ganja farmers, be nice ! 💚😉
