Hi @Chico_Grower the leaves are like this because the substrate is soaked. apply less water in each irrigation and let the substrate almost dry out between each irrigation. Algae are born with excess moisture in the soil, if you let the substrate dry better between each watering they will surely end up dying and disappearing. good luck mate 👍

hi dude it is not a draining pot right ?? no holes at bottom....? transplant in a real pot with a good draining hability and ur plant will roxx again in few days if u respect good cycles wet/dry soil 👊

Algea likes moist so if you have algea on the perlites you can let the soil dries a bit , they will not grow more but the perlites will remain green. In your case we can see algea in the bottom of the pot , the pot is tranparent so the light can get inside of it , so light + moist + soil = perfect combo for algea development.
