Neues Gesetz in den USA?

Hallo Growmies!

To put it another way, think of yourself as a serf. And the people at big alcohol are like lords. They want to sell some nasty low quality weak-ish THC drinks along side their beer, and collect all that money. You wont buy the THC drinks if you make your own bhang chai, and bhang thandai at home, smoke joints, pack a bowl, smoke hashish. There would be no demand on their nasty little thc drinks. You are the serfs after all, you shouldn't be keeping your money, treating yourself, and expanding your consciousness and connecting with mother nature. You should be getting poorer so they get even richer. You see, their greed has no end, and you are seen as someone to exploit. Your only value in being on this earth is to be used. That's how they see you. Not so much different than commercial cannabis seed suppliers treat you right? Providing mediocre, dead-end genetics they themselves say is unfit for further breeding. They aren't empowering you, they want open access to your bank account, to lock you into repeat purchases each grow. The programming and conditioning has worked so well, you praise the generic swag as great while willingly being dependent on them. Does this help?

There is no new law. There is a proposed change to the farm bill. May or may not go into effect next november if it is approved. If it is approved, all drug plant seeds will be illegal. The people that represent your interests know you would rather be safe, and keep children safe than have freedom. The founding fathers also knew safety is more important than freedom... right? This is a good example of "legalization" and "regulation" of cannabis and why they steered the bewildered herd to support legalization and regulation. You can't build a conglomerate monopoly on cannabis if there is no laws and regulations to specify approved suppliers and to crush any competitors. Meanwhile in the land of the free here in Germany, we have been enjoying a couple years now of decriminalization, had the biggest cannabis festival in the world this year, but It could all change just as quickly as the next elections. There is plenty of videos on this very topic across various platforms like censortube, rumble, and odysee explaining the details and implications slowly. That's better than reading because half of the US is functionally illiterate. Expecting the average person to understand language which is more than monosyllabic and on subjects like plant biology, legal terms, political forked tongue, and making inferences from it is just not realistic. Videos are my suggestion.

The recent US law changes do not directly impact Canadian domestic law. Save anyone searching themselves. New U.S. Law Affecting Cannabis Seeds The new legislation, included in a federal funding bill, amends the 2018 Farm Bill's definition of hemp. Key changes impacting cannabis seeds include: Total THC Definition: The law redefines hemp by focusing on "total THC" (including THCA) rather than just delta-9 THC. Seed Legality Based on Potential: Viable seeds from cannabis plants that would grow to exceed the 0.3% total THC threshold are now explicitly excluded from the federal definition of hemp and classified as marijuana. End of the "Genetics Loophole": Previously, cannabis seeds themselves were considered legal hemp by the DEA because they contain negligible THC. The new law closes this loophole by making their legal status dependent on the genetics they carry and the resulting plant's potential THC content. Grace Period: The industry has a 365-day grace period from the enactment date of November 13, 2025, to comply with the new regulations. After this period, interstate or international transport of seeds from high-THC genetics could become a federal crime. Implications Interstate/International Trade: The trade of seeds capable of producing high-THC cannabis plants (including THCA flower used in the hemp market) will be severely restricted across state and national borders. Uncertainty: The new rules have created a "gray area" regarding how regulators will judge seeds and whether breeders will need to prove compliance without germinating them. Industry Response: Industry advocates are working within the one-year grace period to potentially establish a new federal regulatory framework for hemp products, rather than an outright ban.

Give it some time. He will likely die soon and all his work "executive orders" will likely be undone by the new one coming in.
