Plants arent blooming for about 3 weeks

Myy plants started to bloom, they increased thier size and there are white pistons where the buds should grow, but they are like this for almost 3 weeks withou any changes,

Hi Tendy,
I took a look at your journal and your pics. I can see preflowers but I don't think your plant is fully in flower yet. At two weeks of flower you will see clusters of white pistols which aren't appeart in your pics.
The buds will appear where you see pistols or at each node where new growth occurs.
My advise is to be paitient. Your plant is beautiful and it will flower soon. Keep her healthy and happy growing!

At each node you have these things called stipules and there will be two but they are green then you will have a sack called the calyx with two hairs growing out called pistils if its a female, if its a male it will just be a sack with no hairs coming out

Up your phosphorus and potassium. Drop nitrogen down low. It's all you can really do 🤷♂️🏻

When should the plants be put outside? at the optimal temps, they only will get about 6 hours of proper sunlight.Is it a good practice to put my plants outside when its around 8:00 am and keep them outside for 12 hour (10 degrees celcius) or will this damage the plants because it is too cold of a temperature?

Autoflower grown in soil.
Kept in outside shed, with 400w HPS and electric heater.
Struggling to keep temps up above 10°c. It's not killing it, but perhaps stunting growth. A hardy strain.

Flowerin/Preflowering/Showing Sex in Vegative stage?Today I noticed all my outdoor plants have pistils after being 3-5weeks outside.
