What do purple/blue marks on seedling's leaves mean

I noticed some purple/blue marks on leafs of my seedling. Yesterday I left it outside for too long and it was colder than 15°C (but not colder than 10°C) for around 3 hours before I put them inside. Did that affect it?

Deficiency, excess or soil problems?Hi, I need help, I have 4 plants of the same strain and several of the leaves are turning yellow and drying out. Some with a burnt appearance and curled upwards. N or P deficiency?Need help to understand if this is P or N deficiency. It's on the lowest fan leaves, one is more pronounced than the other, and it's mostly on one side. Stems and veins look like they're giving hints of P def but from what I searched leaves look like it could be N def.

Two problems in a week. I diagnosed the first one based on similar grow questions (: maybe not right )First three photos appeared a week ago, I decided that it is calcium and took a more reliable Ph meter, maybe not right, but no new spots appeared.
Second problem at the end of the week, 3 days after defoliation 2 large lower leaves and 2 leaves inside. 30 hours after watering.
