Time to harvest? First time grower!

Hi there this is my first time growing ever iv currently got a cindy99 aka Cinderella 99 in flower and it's been about 9 weeks in flower. Does anyone know when I should harvest? Shall I leave it for a few more weeks in flower? Thanks

You need a jeweler's loupe or microscope to be sure. Ripeness is indicated by trichomes' characteristics i.e. erect, swollen, white & cloudy. Without looking at the trichomes, it is basically an estimated guess based flowering time, swollen calyxes, and pistils darkening/dying back.

If it is a "9 week" flowering strain and you don't have access to a microscope or loupe, I would recommend waiting till the end of the 9th week to chop.

You have to look at the trichomes. They turn from clear to cloudy to amber. When 90% are cloudy and 10% are amber, then its time to harvest. Get a magnifying glass or a jewelers loupe.
