Flora Trio dosage

Hi guys, which dosage of Flora Trio should I give to them? They are 13 days old, but one is half the size of the other.
Blue Acid Auto and Pineapple Express Auto.
On the bottle "first true leaves": 0.6ml/l or "growing": 1.5ml/l.

They are not ready for nutrients. The ‘first real leaves’ means the classic 7 pointed pot leaf.

How to adjust the ppm to the most optimal conditionAnny advise on what to do? I have 3 plant autos 2 different strange i have water and fed them at the same syclus and ppm and ph. I'm in week 9 now.
