Discolored cotyledon............not an issue...........cotyledonds are not actual adult plant parts, they are just a protective "covering" during germination.
I would not be worried in the slightest.........wait until the true leaves appear, I am sure everything will be just fine.

Strange leaves on seedlingHi everyone,
I started those two a day later than the others, the cotyledons grew normal but the first set of leave is quite strange.
The leaves don't grow opposite, but point on the same side... there are also some yellowish spot on them. I put a photo of the others to compare.

They're 2 1/2 days, 2 days, 1 day, and freshly sprouted. Their size corresponds to their age, all growing at a similar rate.

After seedling came out above the surface I did big mistake. I remove shell which stuck to cotyledons. It caused the damage one cotyledon and it getting dray and this baby is growing slowly.
Can it be thrived ? How should I treat to get back well this little girl ?Week 1

Seedling stopped growingSeedling 6/6 did not fully open its cotys and started to develop these small leaves. But then didnāt grow any further. The root is about 3.5ā long and still white, but worrries because the plant is not growing that it may rot? Should I remove it from the grow? Should I leave it?

Cover seedling for increased humidity?1. Does it make sense to cover the seedling with a cover (bottom of a plastic bottle) to increase humidity or should i remove it (e.g. for better air circulation)?

Almost two weeks old, got her first spot on a leafWhat do you guys think is the cause of this? She is only 13 days old. Is it a light burn? She's getting 16-20 DLI until she develops more leaves. PH problems (DWC)I'm using 5% acetic acid (vinegar) to lower the pH but with 6 hours it's always back up to the original pH. A similar bucket with no aeration remains stable. Is it because I'm using a weak acid? Is there any way to buffer the solution to keep it in the desirable range?
