Congrats on the purchase. It’s an amazing light. But I’m quite confident you need a controller to do dimming. These lights are targeted for commercial grows where you don’t need a dimmer on each one. That said, it’s ridiculous to me to pay that money and have to shell out another 0 for a controller just to be able to dim. There’s excellent alternatives to bar lights like this that have dimmers and what not like Mars hydro FC or FCE series - for almost half the price. Top bin 301H/B diodes and drivers. If you don’t wanna shell Out the extra 200 and end up returning it for this fact check out the Mars Hydro ones i mentioned. I’ve got an FCE 4800 that draws 480w and covers the entire 4x4 evenly. The 650w bar lights in a 4x4 is kinda overkill to me personally but to each their own

It seems like you need the Gravita E-Series LED adaptor to make that light dimmable. You’d think a light like that would have a dimmer already integrated into it already.
