Hey guys. First time growing and not sure if im being inpatient or maybe something is wrong but im trying to germinate some autoflower seeds that i just got and where on day three! I know this pic isnt the best but its the best i could get.. Should these guys be further along ?

hey 👋
Take them out of the water immediately, you’re depriving them of oxygen and they might rot!
Place them between two damp (not soaked) towels in a dark container; once the root is about 1.5–2 cm long, plant them 👌

Is growth normally this slow for seedlings? Any advice appreciated.These 3 seeds (of 12) germinated March 19-21; I transferred them to coco coir/perlite soil under 40W full-spectrum grow lights I also use for garden vegetable seedlings.
