Rooting hormone?

I never use a rooting hormone to make clones, and never trim the tips of the leaves because I use s humidity dome and have great results. Where does the rooting hormone come from in the cutting?

Only a one leaf curls unexpectedlyYesterday, I moved the plants into the other tent and changed the lighting from 18/6 to 20/4 for more veggie growth. I also watered them a bit too much yesterday because I wanted to give them a good watering to avoid any dry spots. The only difference is a bit more waterWeek 2

So I noticed on day 6 she started to stretch, she was the leggiest out of all 4. I swapped out the cup as it had a surround on it for jug to improve light.
I think this has helped.
BUT her cotyledons are very dark green and curling down and under, and her top is smaller+darker??Leaves. Tips - Thick

Leaves bloated, wavy and clawing.My Mimosa Cake is growing OK, about the same of the other 3 autos I'm growin.
Nonetheless her leaves are a bit bloated, wavy and clawing. I'm 100% it's not overwatering and I haven't feed her yet, and since she's on BIOBizz Light Mix I doubt it's nitrogen toxicity.
