photoperiod plants? if so just make sure not to interrupt the dark period and you'll control what you can control in regard to avoiding hermaphrodites.
Keep it happy and relatively stress free, That is all you can do.
if it's an autoflower, you don't even have to worry about he dark cycle.
"Nanners" (anthers, i believe) can be dealt with, but true herms grow pollen sacs, and those are a catastrophe waiting to happen. Lone nanners don't produce much pollen. One sac can pollinate an entire room.

Hermies can happen. Usually due to something we've done to piss her off. Defoiling too much, too much training, any stress on the plant can cause it to turn hermie.

Buds maturing differently.One of my Cola is maturing a lot faster than the others. It's hairs have faded to d brown but buds still swelling. Trichomes clear not cloudy. I'm worried it may hermie and I have other plants in Bloom just earlier stage. Should I consider cutting the one off or would it stress?

Are these outdoor sativa buds normal? Hermaphrodite?So my buddy has been growing this sativa outdoors all summer, and recently moved it inside. Pistills Dark Pre FlowerI wanted to ask an expert why the pistils are showing such a reaction at the beginning of the flowering phase. The VPD values have consistently been in the optimal range, it can’t be due to excessive light since even buds at the very bottom are affected.
