The flooding likely caused some temporary root suffocation, which explains why she's smaller and showing that "marmorated" or mottled look on the leaves. When roots are drowning, they can’t pick up nutrients properly, often mimicking a lockout. However, it's usually just stress from the overwatering rather than a true chemical lockout. Let the soil dry out thoroughly before your next watering to get some oxygen back to the roots. Since you're using BioCanna and Cal-Mag, she should bounce back once the root zone stabilizes, but if the new growth comes out twisted or very pale, then we can look closer at the pH. For now, just be patient and let her breathe!
