I have pollen from a stinky male I just got but then you get regular seeds which means around 50/50 male female. If you buy some STS and spray the plant you want it will reverse herself and give you 99% female which is better for growing (less time wasted picking out males) unless you want to start breeding projects then male pollen might be better

Good morning... I don't know if I'm the best person to talk to you about this, but I'll share my personal experience. Subjecting the plant to stress through high temperatures and UV radiation helps the feminized plant produce male gametes and consequently produce seeds; however, in my case, the seeds resulted in both females and males... I don't think it's right for them to come out feminized.

To make your own pollen from STS will take about 3 weeks once you switch to flower. Then another 30 days to produce the self pollinated seeds. To rely on someone else you may not know to supply you with it will result in who knows what as an offspring. Maybe not your desired outcome and a serious waste of time to grow. Use STS and begin to apply it a week before going into flower. Spray just a “single” strong branch that is close to the top of the plant so as it receives a lot of light. Continue to spray this same branch every 3-4 days at least 4 different times. When the male flowers appear and open, let it pollinate the plant for a few days then cut the male branch off and finish maturing as normal. The biggest mistake you can make is turning the entire plant male when you don’t need to. Good luck.

you can find some on strainly if you are in a pinch, but best to just make it yourself. chase perfection when reversing yourself because 9/10 of these folks doing it are sloppy as all get out. hard to trust pollen. i have some jet puft fem photo pollen from some stuff I did

1:5.67 dilution would be 3mM ... mistyped there. from "20 mM" to 2 or 3 mM ... just basic math. I'd suggest ~3mM target. If error of equipment makes it fall a bit short, not a problem. do need a 'milligram' scale if you want to make smaller batches. .001g resolution with +/- .003g error. 15-20 usd. they are cheap.

Definitely make your own. for ~20 dollars you can have enough STS for the next 10-20 years, lol. Don't buy the pre-packaged stuff. They don't adhere to basic storage and expiration dates and will sell you old reagents due to their ignornace - the mendo20 something or other brand did a few years back. silver nitrate used to be 2 usd per gram -- This may be higher now? sodium thiosulfate is 8 usd for 113grams (1/4 oz) bottle. -- "Anhydrous" need a roughly 1:4 ratio... if not anhydrous, need 1:6. Source for reaction instructions: https://www.merckmillipore.com/AE/en/technical-documents/protocol/cell-culture-and-cell-culture-analysis/plant-tissue-culture/silver-thiosulfate These instructions produce a .02 M concentration. You need ~3 millimolar concentration. 1 ml of this solution with 9ml of distilled water would be 2 mM. 1mL:5.567mL would be 3mM. Easy peasy. 1 application every 5 days, starting on first cycle of 12/12. 3 applications in total.

Hi, my friend. Why don't you do it yourself? I recently did the same thing, and with a bit of care and patience, you can do it too. I used a Silver Thiosulfate (STS) solution, and with consistent applications I was able to produce feminized pollen successfully. I recently completed this project, and you can check out the results I'm currently testing on my page. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I'd be happy to help. 💚🙏👽
