use more drainage/aeration amendment next time... no worries, this run will be fine, but it will improve consistency and growth rates. high water capacity medium - 50% of volume should be perlite or similar - i prefer vermiculite, but if there's a huge price difference, perlite works fine too. lower water capacity, like coco - 33% of volume should be perlite or similar. Stick to something near these ratios (1:1 and 2:1) and it's virtually impossible to have root issues with any sort of common sense irrigation. Swap out those mirror-like reflective walls when you can. They'll create unwanted hotspots that might be more of a problem than the benefit they provide. Something painted matte white, or buy some polyfilm (aka panda film) are two cheap options. Diffused light is the goal... not mirror-like reflection. When you see a grow tent, it's stamped mylar.. which is also a good option.. whatever is readily available locally. Of the choices, there may be a 'best' option but you won't be able to tell the difference in outcome between them, all other factors the same.
