Hard to tell from the blurple light but it still looks a couple weeks immature IMO. Your trichomes should look hazy and almost plasticky. If they are shiny, look wet, or glassy they're still producing thc and ripening. You should also see a few Amber trichs as well. Make sure you are looking at trichs on the buds and not leaves too. Pistils should also be about 75% died back, if you have a ton sticking straight up, she's telling you she still wants to grow and let her plump up. Bulk of the weight gain and resin production happens in the final 3 weeks of flowering, cut it too soon and you'll miss out a lot. Also you lose 70 to 80% of its density/mass once it dries
