Best way to cure your harvest? Any tips or best practices would handy. I know I need mason jars and humidity packs and a dark place. I read I should leave the plant alive but in total darkness for 3 days before I harvest? I am so confused, but I know curing is very important.

When plant is ready to harvest after a flush and fade. Cut down and hang parts upside down in dark. Have slight moving air and humidity around 50 to 60 percent and about 65 to 70 degrees. Having a meter for jars is helpful. To know when to jar. Use crack test on stems. When they crack and make a noise when bent it is jar time. Open jars 2 to 3 times a day for 1st week. Once a day 2nd week. 3rd week about once every 2 to 3 days. 4th week and on about once a week. Good luck and enjoy the harvest. 🌲🌲🌲👊 looks tasty. Good job

Darkness before harvest is up to you. Once ready for harvest removes fan leaves and cut down the plant, hang in total darkness with temps between 67-70 degrees F with humidity around 55%. Should take around 7-11 days to dry. Trim your harvest and place in mason jars with a hygrometer, keep humidity in jars at 58-62% and cure for at least 2 weeks opening the jars daily for the first week, and once a week every week after. Happy growing.
