Are these ladies ready for harvest? (2 wks beyond recommendation)

Flowering times and harvest time depends when the plant starts to flower. You want to give each plant a good 8 weeks flowering typically. (like Amber trichomes) Ideal banana would be one with some spots but mostly yellow, right now your 'bananas' are nice pretty yellow, but would be best to let them ripen up a touch more.
