The left (White widow) plant leaves are a little curled up. Is this a problem? And what is the cause?

From my experience it migh be cause by high temp or heat & low level of RH.

Slight lightburn?First pair leaves on left plant turn slightly lighter, first sign of yellowing a bit. Also I think they are a bit in a V/praying shape.
2 full weeks old under 75% of 200W leds about +-45cm. Should I dim them a bit more/hang higher?
