Heyaa, so one the girls was growing too fast(high) and I've decided to bend it over and break the main stem a bit to make it grow in horizontal What do you think? I'm I insane?? Did I fuck it up XD Thanks

Hello.. Hope you are well.. Dont panic.. She will b fine.. I regularly pinch the stem as to loosen the fibres and bend over flat exactly like wot u av done and during flowering.. U'll b surprised how strong these plants can b.. Its a gud technique for tops that get 2 close 2 light.. U'll alson notice at the bend u will get a knuckle(bulge) from the damage but this is fine and considered a stress technique.. Stay safe n gud luck wit end results.. 👍

it should be ok as long as it's not completely cut off from being able to uptake water and nutrients . I had one that was split down the stalk where it attaches to the base.I taped it up with electrical tape and she lived. their pretty resilient hemp is.

Hi mate! That is one form of high stress training and its called supercropping! Good technique and I use it myself too when needed. Give enough support for that cropped top so it wont snap by accident or anything. I've read that supercropped stems tend to grow bigger buds than the ones not but I haven't been paying that much attention to be honest 😆 👌
