There is complete drooping of the leaves.According to my research, it 's caused by overwtering.What should I do at this stage?And is the problem really overwatering?
I didn't turn it off today because when the lights are off, the plant will droop more.Do you think I did it right?

i think you did right turning the lights on...i would let the lights on an20/4 schedule until the soil get dry...how have you managed to heal the plant?
