Help with leaf problem… possible nutrient lockout? Leaf problem. Possibly nutrient lockout? Root ph problem?

Soil, run off ph=7.4, ppm = 450

Runoff ph and ppm too high! help please :( Need help with runoff ph and ppm.
runoff ph = 7.4
runoff ppm = 1100-1400 ppm
I try to water it with 6.0 ph water (no nutes) few times but runoff is still high ph and ppm?
Soil is also basic organic soil.
How can I fix this?

Some of the plant's leaves turn pink. The medium PH is around 7.5. I have tested the medium NPK and it indicated that P was very low, N and K were still good. I have looked it up and some posts said that it was P and K deficiency.
Could it be only P deficiency?

I have this symptom, a pattern of rust spots happening on new leaves, I have checked medium PH, which is around 7.5. I think it is Boron Deficiency caused by The medium PH not being approximately 6.5.
I need more suggestions, What do you guys think?

Discoloration 3 weeks into flowering Day 51 of my grow I'm starting to see some discoloration on otherwise healthy plant and I'm getting concerned. Most of the leaves of the plant are near the top. I cut back on my nutes on this last reservoir but the discoloring is still there. Any thoughts on what might be wrong?
