Slow grow,what can be wrong ?Hi guys , i planted on the 22nd of June,there was almost no sun in UK for couple of weeks.One plant started to grow but second one does not grow or grow slowly,I water it once the soil gets dry (3 times a week). Please let me know if it is still possible to grow anything ?

Slow grow,still hope ?I planted my ready seeds in to the soil on the 22nd of June. There was almost no sun for couple of weeks in UK. One plant has started to grow but second one does not grow or grow very slowly. Is it still hope to grow something good from the plants ? How to speed up the proccess?
