Purple stems on some seedlings?Why would the plants on that edge of the tray have purple stems? Nutrient deficiency? I noticed the one I checked with a purple stem had more roots showing from the rockwool cube than any others... think they're trying harder to get to the juice cause they got shorted?

Seedling tore its cotyledon off while sprouting One of my seedlings tore one of its cotyledon off emerging from the rockwool cube. It left the leaf and half of its seed shell in the cube. Is this common or did I make a mistake planting it in the cube? Maybe too tight or too deep?

Is this the perianyh and calyx?Got my first HGK sprouting from the rockwool, I was wondering is this what's called the "perianth" on top being shed off, and if so, is the orange colored spot the actual calyx on the perianth? Thanks, I like to know the proper terminology when possible
