When to start nutes and Rapid Start

So I'll be moving my seeds from the paper towels to the rockwool cubes today. My question is, do I start watering with just R/O water or should I start with weak nute solution as well? And how early do you start GH Rapid Start if you use it? Thanks in advance!

Hydroponics, 400 ppm 0.8 ec to start your babies, ph to be set at 5.8. Increase 100 ppm 0.2 ec every week until you reach 800 to 900 ppm. 1.6 to 1.8 ec. When flowering starts increase your ph to 6.2 and lower your flower nutes to 700 ppm 1.4 ec for the start of flower, increase to 800 ppm for mid flower, only go higher if you really see they need it. Recommend either canna aqua or Dutch nutrient formula. Both specifically formulated for hydroponics and both have all your plants will need for great growth and big buds. Cheers

Seedling tore its cotyledon off while sproutingOne of my seedlings tore one of its cotyledon off emerging from the rockwool cube. It left the leaf and half of its seed shell in the cube. Is this common or did I make a mistake planting it in the cube? Maybe too tight or too deep?

Very slow start. Do I have to be patient or is there something wrong?Hi guys, it's very slow. Parameters seems fine.
The EC goes up to 1.2 in 48h. Out 3 liters in the deposit, put water ph7&EC0.05, corrections to Ec 1,0 and pH 5.5.
I'll do that daily.
There is a top 6L deposit with still the "old" Ec/pH and mix slowly watering.
Any tips please

My 1st clones1st attempt at clones. Phd to 5.8. Cut at 45 and slightly skinned the bottom 1/4”. Sitting on heating pad with timer 15 min on/off and 4 T5s on and humidity vents closed
Most fell over, I believe because it was too moist and warm

25C° and 90 UR,light is at 5cm and i nebulize corrected water(5.5 ph 500ec) whit 5ml of root complex(hesi) twice a day.
What im doing wrong?maybe too hot?should i start decreasing humidity aswell?
For now i lowered a little bit the temperature from 25 to 23.
