Non assorbe acqua I'm growing 5 plants, all with the same amount of water, same nutrients, and same light. Only one plant seems not to absorb water. The pot is always wet, yet it grows and doesn't seem to show signs of stress. Should I stop watering it?

Foglia bruciata When I woke up, one of the plants has a tip of a leaf that is dry and burnt. I'm using a 300w LED. Two other plants only have slightly yellow tips on the upper leaves, just small tips. Too many nutrients?

Muffa substrato After two days in the grow, I noticed small bits of mold on the substrate. Panic. Any advice and remedies? Temperature is between 22 and 24, humidity around 70-80. Until this morning, I had never turned on the exhaust fans. Will turning on the air solve it?
