very good smell, good yield, good strain for extracts. Picky in grow. First strain that shows troubles. High is soft and nice mood booster with good appetite

Definitely day stuff for me at least complex taste and smell half are sweet/fruity/Floral and the other half earthy/nutty/dough. I already have 300g dry

THESE. CROWNS. ARE. CHONKY. insane yield of this plant. And the dry sift the came with trimming is out of this world. Cannot believe the yields across the board. Smell is exactly like last time, like cookie dough with some floral-ness as well. Effects are just wonderful (though I didn’t get waves of euphoria like my first run, but that could just be my insane tolerance)

GSC is awesome. My grow produced results I was really pleased with. I had to harvest one plant early because of caterpillars. The end product was acceptable. I had five seeds originally, but only ended up with two plants. I accidentally poured some down the drain because I forgot I was softening them for germination. I mainlined the plant that had caterpillars, and tried mainlining the harvested plant, but broke off the first node by accident. Ooops! I used FoxFarm and for the majority of the grow I followed the schedule. It took me six months to grow the first batch of plants. That's some BS. My second grow is days away from harvest.

Pretty easy to grow. It was a budget grow with organic amendments available in my area as the fancy bottled nutrients are not available here. I spent about USD 10 in total. So I am quite happy with this grow 😃 Update: total dry weight is 129Grams

Everything about this grow went well! All seeds popped, no nutrient deficiency except around flush. The only thing semi alarming was it tripled in height after switching to flower and my grow area isn’t too big. Never the less she didn’t show any problems being much closer than I liked to a 600 watt led. The buds are dense and covered in trichs, much more than the average 17 percent strains I’ve done. Must definitely wear gloves when handling. Smell is very loud! During veg, flower, harvest hang dry, and jarring the terps have been off the chart! Not once have I smelled that grassy hay. I imagine it will only keep getting better during cure.

So Harvested at day 99 and dried her 8 days at 50-55% and 18-20c. This plant was really resistant against stress and forgived me a lot of mistakes. Overall she really growed good and tall with strong sidebranches. The yield is 108g dry. The taste is really really enjoyable and smooth to smoke. I gonna give a update when she's fully cured. But till now she's my favorite very strong head high, it really hits you a bit after 5-10 min but after that it makes you more relaxed and sleepy. I prefer it for looking TV or some Doku.

Put up with my noob BS and still looks great. Excited to run them again.

My notes: This is an easy strain to grow and highly recommended for beginners. it can take quite some nutrients into it before showing toxicity and i had good experience in soil. at some points (read the journal) i hit 90% RH and temps of 30c and the plants were fine. they took training like a champ. mainlining is perfect followed by LST and HST. more stuff? it smells like cookies, and a bit of diesel. the flavor is quite balanced and complex when smoked in a bong / vape. it a dominant sativa hybrid and the feeling is quite cerebral and can be used for daily usage. i cannot say that i was more creative, but for sure i had a better hand / eye coordination in Zelda after couple of rips from the bong.

Definite daytime high, probably helps that I harvested with minimal amber trichs. I love Durban Poison, and this Durban hybrid is one of my top 5 favorites.

took ages to germinate but once they did, they haven't stopped growing.

Growing was easy. I fim cut and ended up getting a 4 top. She drank a good amount of water and never showed signs of nutrient burn even at full strength. Will grow again. Will also have flavor report once cured.

I will update after cure and smoke. Looks freaking awesome...two phenos. Day 97...(end of week 14 tomorrow)...chopped all 4 day 94...last water with nutes day 87...went dark 48 hours before chop. Hanging in my grow cabinet minus the light...small clip fan low for circ. Good air exchange through passive lightbox with hepa filter, 4” inline and carbon filter runs 24/7. RH 43 temp 66F. Checked out roots during the first sunny afternoon in forever on the 3rd coast. They were root bound but no sign of root issues. I took a shot of all before hanging...all very frosty, sticky and smelly. Making a list of adjustments for grow #2. Day 104 (end of week 15 tomorrow). 9 days drying in the grow cabinet (minus the light)...trim day. First grow...first harvest...first dry...first trim...first cure. Two main GSC phenos...purple round buds and longer green spears. I also got another pheno on the green which is bit fluffier but with a super thick covering of red hairs. Stats GSC 1A purple 38 grams; 1C purple 38 grams (both purple the same yield); 1B green 45 grams; 1D green “red hair” 37 grams...158 total grams...5.64 oz. plus about 2 grams tester bits and 33 grams sugar leaf...I will learn to make water hash soon. Trim was fun at this scale...but took the better part of the day. Had a good break and walk in the snow to test the scissor hash and bud crumbles. I can say its fantastic GSC. Purple sweet skunk smell with hash...green strong citrus skunk. The red hair pheno looks just like some primo Hawaiian Ive enjoyed. This is organic sticky...I am not disappointed with first grow. Next grow In the grow cabinet...Corleone Kush from Cali Connection. I will checklist my key learnings from grow #1. My target is to double my yield to 12 oz. minimum in 3x3 with CMH 315w. Two weeks now fluffing buds loose in jars and burping daily about 5 minutes each. The purple pheno had a little hay smell and taste in the background, now more sweet. Test smoke improving on the purple...all phenos are strong. Feb 27 all buds into smaller jars for storage with Boveda 62 packs. The redhair pheno is amazing. Starting grow 2 now.

She took to training like a champ, almost no issues with her. She did take much longer to mature than was promised by the supplier, but maybe that's due to my growing skills, or lack there of. She tastes sweet and makes me feel relaxed. A good strain to end the day with or help with insomnia.
