Hulkberry Automatic

Ebenfalls ein Toller Strain. Der Duft war nicht sehr angenehm, aber die Wirkung lässt nicht enttäuschen. Der Samen ist super gekeimt, der Grow macht keine Probleme und das Endprodukt muss sich auch nicht verstecken. Gerne wieder mit RQS!

Second time Hulkberry. Different growing experience. This time this lady was pretty fast. She was growing like a champ in the vegetation phase. Quickly she filled the whole tent from 60 cm to 60 cm. I was just waiting for her to stretch, but unfortunately this did not happen. I was not sure, why. Was it the heat inside the tent? Was it because of too much watering? Was it because of too much fertilizer? So I decided to get a tiny gadget to measure the moisture of the soil and the nutrients inside. It might not be the perfect-measured values and it gave me an indication, whether to fertilize or not. This helped me to find support her to get healthier in the end. Sure, she strechted not that much and I'm quite happy with the result. Unfortunately, I identified two buds with signs of budrot and had to throw them away. This is something I will have to take care the next grow. How am I able to get the humidity lower at the end of the grow? I guess it's just because of that, as I had about 60 % humanity and was not able to get it down with no extra device or something. So, overall, I was able to use my knowledge from the first grow and was able to fine tune it at some points (e.g. lollipogging, feeding, watering). The resulting buds are thick, dense and looking really crystalline. I will update the report after it has dried, to give a number and also later with a smoke report. Stay tuned! very good strain easy to grow and very quick from seedling to harvest time.

i grow her a little wrong so i cant blame her for everything. put her out in too cold temperatures in the night time when she she was too small and needed the growth. also my light situation on the balcony is not the top of the peak. i got a large tree sucking up all the sunlight around 3-6pm wich does not work in the favour of the plant. also i transplant them to late i think, next year i go straight into the end pots and see how that goes. this plant got mildew on 2 days in the grow so might be not the best in therms of restistance

### Growing it: This strain is quite easy to cultivate. Despite breaking almost every rule for growing autoflowers, we still achieved a good yield. We topped it not just once, but five times, transplanted it, and did extensive defoliation, yet we ended up with a decent-sized plant and some beautiful flowers. ### Resistance: I experienced bud rot with my first Hulkberry, which unfortunately ruined my first-ever harvest. With this one, although I was initially worried when a few leaves yellowed quickly after the flush, there were no problematic spots. However, I wouldn't consider this strain particularly resistant, as the buds tend to grow dense and leafy, which can lead to issues if your grow environment isn't well-optimized.

After I placed in the new light from AC Infinity (pretty good one, from my perspective), she stretched like I haven't seen before. Maybe I should have taken care of that and adapt the feeding, which at the end was an issue, I guess, and she did not fully recover from that. I really was worried, she will not make it until the end. I also learned a lot about PH, nutrition lockout, feeding, watering, lollipopping (what I should have done), etc. I hope I'm able to adapt this in my next grow. At the end, I spotted one big bud with a brown spot (see images) and removed it with a good amount of space to the rest. I hope the rest will dry without issues. The smoke is really nice and I like the terpene profile. A bit citrus, but still a bit fruity. It tastes a bit like mango to me. The effects are also nice and uplifting, more head high than body relaxing.

This strain was growing nicely. The fast grow means increased hunger for nutrients, so I had a few issues with deficiencies. But it all came out nice at the end. The buds are not super dens but very frosty. Total yield was less than expected, but still satisfying, especially for my first grow.

Started as the runt and finished the strongest Smell and taste not as strong as the others I harvested. Probably the most potent tho

The aroma of diesel is divided, otherwise it turned out to be a very strong and beautiful tree.

To conclude, a few comments. I found the genetics to be resinous, but the taste is lacking. Also, I didn't have the best harvest in terms of weight; it yielded 56g of dried flowers. Usually, I get around 100g.

Taste: I taste gassy, herbal, earthy and citrusy flavours. I'd say the flavour profile is not the strongest selling point for this weed. It smells and tastes good, but not anything outstanding. After curing the most dominating flavours are gas and citrus. For me it tastes like a mixture between tastes that kinda feels a bit random, rather than a nice "harmony" of flavours. Nothing really bad, but it is just not clicking for me 6/10 Effects: I really dig the high of hulkberry auto. After the first puffs, the high is accelerrating continuosly until you suddenly realise how high you really are. It pushes you forward while keeping you awake and focused. For me it leads to a very meditative state of mind which is great for being creative. Maybe not the best if you have to do serious tasks, but great for just working on something for hours (drawing, music, gaming) or just go out for a walk and just live in the moment. A clear headed high, very little body effects and just a really peaceful but active/happy high. Absolutely loving it! 10/10 Grow: I had crazy temperatureswings during this grow. But as she was sitting outside, there was nothing i could/wanted to do. So she just did her thing and that went pretty well. I just hoped for a bit higher yield than what i actually got. 7/10

Environmental consitions were bad and i misfed her many times. She took it well, but there was a lot of potential left. So a hardy strain, wich can take a punch and still delivers 8/10

Promotes activity and creativity, I get easily into working mode, when I consume more it facilitates falling asleep.

Etwas herb durch das Ruderalis gen, aber gut. Nehme etwas mehr davon, dann merkt man auch was. Macht Lust auf die Feminisierte Sorte.

Was a bit too leafy to my taste, a lot of pruning. Looked like it had more bud until the trim time arrived. All in all, not the easiest run but not bad either. Credit where it's due: I applied a lot of techniques and made her sweat, and she took it like a champ. My observation is that it's quite a big strain, so make sure you have enough vertical space if you go for it. Or better yet, start training almost from the get-go, she responds very well to it and the canopy grows very well with LST. Maybe take it easier with the nutes compared to what I've done (albeit always remember to take a look at your config, depending on what you're doing, you might need something completely different). They claim it's 65% sativa, but to my taste it's full-blown 100% (not a bad thing by any means, just an observation). Regarding the flavor after curing, a lot of gasoline with some berries.
