Week 8

This week I've been focusing on continuing to bend each secondary branch into its final position. I am doing this slowly by making small daily changes, pulling each of the secondary branches away from its adjacent partner. As the tertiary branches grow out, I'll be guiding them out around the net basket. I am in awe of the strength of this plant! 💪 Day 41 - Shaping the Canopy! Our 8 branches have grown out a bit, and it's time for us to take the next step in the mainline! Today we're bringing back the handcuffs 🔗 for a little more bondage action. 😉 Using the same technique as before, I am attaching all the new branches to its adjacent fan leaf in an attempt to gently begin guiding our canopy closer to its final shape. I'll stop back in after a day or 2 to re-anchor all the branches once more, making sure that they're nice and spread out and level with one another. Thanks for following along, growmies! 7/6 Plants looked great thos morning. I WATERED A GALLON to the 50 and split one between the two tens. Top of the bags are still moist amd they still have some heft. I'm hoping this will at least carry me 48hrs. These are BIG plants and the wind goes right through those bags and dries them out. I'd rather have that though than worry about overwatering. I noticed some minor deficiencies on a couple plants so it's time to start the nutes. Calcium I'd guess. Just a beginning stage but it's time. Next feeding they'll get some food too. I'll still monitor during the day to make sure they ront dry out. It's amazing how fast they come back after they dry out but it stresses them. EDIT: I WENT OVER AROUND 2OM AND IT WAS OVERCAST AND 83°. ALL THE PLANTS LOOKED GREAT AND ALL OF THEM WERE STILL SLIGHTLY NOIST EXCEPT THE 10TH PLANET. THEY ALL HAD SOME HEFT TO THEM TOO. THE SUN IS OUT BRIGHTER NOW BUT IT MAY RAIN TONIGHT AND CONSIDERING HOW GOOD THE PLANTS LOOKED I THINK IVE FOUND MY CORRECT WATERING RATIO. IM NOT GOIMG TO 9VET WATER IN THESE GROW BAGS WITH ALL THIS WIND. I NOTICED SOME FOUR LINED PLANT BUG MARKS ON ONE OF THE LITTLE PLANTS AND REMOVED A FEW LEAVES FROM THAT THIRSTY 10TH PLANET THAT COULD BE SEPTORIA. IM GOING TO TREAT IT BUT I HAVENT DECIDED WITH WHAT YET. I MEAN I NEED TO MAKE SURE ITS NOT JUST PESTS OR WATER SPLASHES FIRST TOO. I'VE BEEN PRETTY SANITARY THIS YEAR. IF I HAD A PLANT THAT DIDNT RESPOND TO TREATMENT AND IT WAS INDEED LEAF SEPTORIA I THINK ID RATHER SACRIFICE THE PLANT THAN RISK SPREADING IT. IM PROBABLY JUMPING THE GUN BUT I NEED TO BE READY IN CASE THAT'S THE CASE. IF NOT FOR LOCAL LAWS I WOULD THE PLANT ISOLATED. BUT IM TALKING I PULLED MAYBE FOUR LEAVES OUT OF THE LEAFIEST BUNCH AND INSPECTED EVERYTHING. 7/7 We got thunder storms last in the afternoon and last night. For at least 45 mins it rained harder than I've EVER seen it. Pure sheet rain. It turned over to heavy rain before moving out. The plan was to water everything this morning and start feeding. As I said in the video the soul was still moist amd the bags still had some heft. Not like I just watered them though. I stopped by a local dispo on my way home and talked with the best grower I personally know (thanks Junior) and his advice was the same as what I was planning. I planned on going around noon to check them. He said I could probably wait until like six and then when I do water give them like a 1 1/2 gallons to make up for that monsoon we had earlier. I showed him the video and explained how I have been watering. My intuition feels good about this. I may go check on them earlier but I don't think it's necessary. As usual I'll update as I go. EDIT: AS SUGGESTED (WELL I SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE) I WENT OVER TO FIND ALL NY PLANTS LOOKING GORGEOUS EXCEPT THE 10TH PLANET REVEG THAT WAS A "LITTLE" SAGGY. I LIFTED THEM AND FELT THE SOIL IN THE BAGS. I DECIDED ON WATERING AS PLANNED EVEN THOUGH IT MIGHT HAVE MADE IT UNTIL NORNING. THIS WAS MY WATERING DAY ANYWAY. HOWEVER I ONLY WATERED 1 GAL PER 20 1.5 FOR 30 AND .5 FOR 10. I THINK THAT WILL WORK OUT GREAT WITH THE UPCOMING COOLER TEMPS. IT WAS SO HOT. DIDNT HAVE TIME BUT SHIT IS LOOKING GOOD.

Doubled the nutes this week, ive never followed the feeding chart because the regular feedings were enough. Since I'm outside and i figured I'd give it more to work with since I am trying to pull an obscene number with the size pot I'm working with and veg time. The nodes on the side branches are big enough now to be trained and stretched, this should help me get to 2lbs as I continue to train them out. Had some crazy high winds today, I called that free training.

wow! this girl also took the fish shit i gave her last week and turned it into huge buds! I am going to do this every year from now onwards. No visible PWM either, just like the others. Will go out to the pot patch mid week after this leftover weather from hurricane Fiona clears to see how they fared in the high humidity and low temps.

Day 43 12/06/2021- Beginning of week five of flower. She should be done soon, she will also get her final feeding soon. Day 45 12/08/2021- She got her final top dress today from here on out she is on her own all I will do is water with pain water PH to 6.2-6.8 when dry. Day 47 12/10/2021- She is coming along nicely. Very frosty wish she wasn't a auto so I could of clone her for sure. Today she got a nice treat as it rain in my hometown and that's the water she got. Hoping she is ready by the end of the year. I know she looks funny but she was never topped either. Day 49 12/12/2021- End of the week, nothing new.

Another week complete. As usual pH problems and accompanying nutrient deficiencies. Keeps swings up every 12hrs. Flowers are stacking in size now. Fingers crossed I can make it to the end. Added final part nutrient today, heading into week 8. 1st indoor, 1st auto.

So the final day has come. Day 115. Wow she took 4 months! I struggled a little bit with cutting her, I had to do it with a handsaw. She is a chunky girl! I partially trimmed the plant, mostly removing any fan leaf left and any big leaf without trichomes on them. I consider this more of a pre-cleaning and not a real trimming. That will be done after the plant has dried in about 2 weeks It was quite nice to document my grow. This was my 3rd one ever. I will continue with the grows and journaling because it really makes things sound clearer in my head.

Had a little flush issue this week. Needed to leech the soil of any buildup from my soil grow. Plants are responding well. Large amounts of trichomes everywhere. Just hitting with the micro nutes and a few more tricks before we wrap up this grow. Running out of height in my closet these baby's are still stretching to the lights. Enjoying the grow and watchingy lady's do there thing.

As you can see, the girls look awful different. Yeah the 4th plant, aka GDP4, aka Bea, continued to hermie... the boyfriend cut it down and discarded it while I was away (my dad passed (we weren't close)) and did a serious defoliation. If you read my first diary, I don't like the defoliation part so he usually does it lololol. The 3 remaining GDPs are starting to show their flower and they getting into the meat of stretching. I'm sad about Bea, more so about my dad lol, but I wanted to see how much we'd produce with 4 plants this time. It was my first time doing this many. Oh well... what's meant to be will be so 4 plants were not meant to be. Overall though, the girls look healthier than ever. I keep checking them for seeds as well but haven't found any... thanks goodness. 😣

Week 16 - 06/28 - 07/04 Light - 200 W HPS & 265 W LED Day Temperature - 78 F Night Temperature - 68 F Humidity - 40 +/-5 D59 Flower - Came home from vacation to some fat sugar coated buds! I flushed them with FloraKleen and molasses, this should be the last one before I snip down the main colas. Since they are close to harvest, I spent about an hour defoliating so harvest will go a little quicker. D60 Flower - Took the ladies out to breathe, take some pics, and snipped the tops off the Royal Gorilla's. I'm going to allow the Hulkberry's to mature a little longer and probably do the same thing and snip the tops. D61 Flower - Unfortunately HB #3 hermies on me, she had a bunch of "bananas". So I cut her down and hung her to dry, Sucks to lose her but she will do well in some RSO! Unmanicured wet weight was 251 g. I am also going to be testing out the bowl bud trimmer I just ordered on these buds to make sure they dont damage the buds too much.

They popped up 2nd of January after germination. Biobizz soils mixed just using oxy plus for first couple of weeks as well as silicone

This girl smells amazing...She was also pollinated a couple day ago with the SKUNK #1. I can't wait to grow those seeds. No complaints this week...It's rainy season here so I'm just working around that.
