Twelfth Week / 25.07.24 - 31.07.24 Week 12 progressed smoothly, with the exception of continued nutrient deficiencies in the Cookies Gelatos. 🌿 These signs indicate that the plants are nearing maturity. I’m now regularly checking the trichomes to determine the optimal harvest time. 🔍✨ Despite the deficiencies, all plants appear healthy overall, with bud structures continuing to swell. The Cookies Gelato is developing more pistils than Apollo F1, but Apollo’s buds are denser and have a strong aroma. 🌼🚀 Exciting times as we approach the final stretch!

June 28: Sunday Punch EV continues to impress with its rapid growth. I love the late veg stage where plants grow more than an inch per day. June 30: two inches in two days. July 2: hot today at about 33C.

Had some issues with the big fan leaves on the lower nodes. They weren’t doing so great, turning brown and brittle so I cut them off today. Hopefully that helps, probably should have done it sooner but I was a little worried I was going to kill it or something. It’s still growing though, lots of new growth and a few branches growing potential bud sites so I think it’s ok. The reason the leaves were dying? Could have been the low humidity. Could have been underwatering (she’s sucking up the water really quickly, needs to be transplanted). Maybe I have the light too close, realized today it’s only 8 inches away, I was just eyeballing it. If you know the proper distance for this Mars Hydro TS1000 LED please comment below. I will be transplanting this week on Thursday when my new Air-pots come. Goals for this week: Figure out exactly how much I should be feeding this thing, it’s possible it needs cal-Mag added to the food? If you know about nutrients please comment below. ------GENERAL COMMENT------ Flush time, within the end of this week is now flush time. To summary this week i just kept on my feeding habits, Water with base > Water with boosters, alternating Recharge. My led seams to be crashing a bit, the colors are not stable as is possible to see in the timelapse. Trichomes are mostly cloudy, with a slight amber. 9 weeks flowering time will be exact, just need time to flush, they are maturing fast fast, hairs are getting orange in a blink. ------SM.BB COMMENT------ The buds are very imponent and bulky, with a lot of resin, the smell is sweet and fruty with a bit of pine.

Getting closer to being able to sex the plants week 5 or 6 I should have a definite answer on the 3 remaining healthy plants I can start to smell them a little I have a feeling these are gonna be pungent when they start to flower. I think they might be girls but still no preflowers got something that looks like it might be but I don't want to start my seed making process un till I am sure, and "when" I hope to get at least one lady I will clone up to my maximum of 6 plants. the Dry amendments seem to be doing there job do not let the photos fool you they are a healthy mint green. I have yet to apply the earth juice Transition one week before the flip I will add it to the feedings. hope you are all staying safe till next week. take one to the dome and stay at home.

This week unfortunately I am taking the not so good frosty gelato out of environment... Been 0% progress and not enough bud sites to keep her. One of each left - Vanilla Frosting & frosty gelato Both still looking fabulous the flower nutrients have now been removed leaving the ripen at full strength but cal mag is now half the amount Next week is start of flush week.

Week 2 has gone just as well as I'd like it too! I had an accident during the week where I had dropped a sticky bug trap on one of my girls, this led to me accidentally ripping off a fan leaf and a half, but she seems to have come out of it just fine! (Thankfully). I have been feeding 1/3 strength nutes the past few feeds, stepping it up from 1/4. I will be watering until I see runoff from now on to prevent nutrients from building up in the coco. Update(day 15, 4/12/20) Today I purchased a new oscillating fan, co2 bags and a new hygrometer that hooks up to my phone and shows me stats. The girls have been putting in a lot of work over the past 24 hours. I also had a Purple Punch photo seed sprout today which I may be turning into a mother plant. I will be starting a diary for this girl too. Update (Day 16 5/12/20) Second purple punch photo popped today, going to keep 1 inside and give the other to my mom to take care of. The girls got their first 1/4 dose of calmag today fed at 6ph due to all the nutrients settling there.( I do have ph +/- but I'm going to try run this whole grow at 5.8-6.2. Update (Day 17 6/12/20) Plants seem happy today. Fan leaves producing a the pre-existing nodes are starting to shoot out quite rapidly. Unfortunately, my streets power went out today for ~90 minutes, I opened the tent, windows and doors to get any light in I could, thankfully the power came back on shortly after. I fed the girls today with very little run-off(I'm trying to perfect the amount of water they need). Update (Day 18 7/12/20) The girls have jumped up over night! I wont be feeding today as I'd like the coco to dry out quite a bit more. Update (Day 19 8/12/20 Gave the girls a small feed today with very little run-off Everything seems to be going well so far, I'm very thankful! Update (day 20 9/12/20) Everything is going pretty well today. I will not be feeding as the increased humidity has kept the coco more moist than usual. Will be feeding full strength nutes tomorrow!
