WEEK 11 - (05/09/2021 - 05/15/2021) Week 3, Day 17 - FLOWER: 05/11/2021 Doing 2 gallons of water per 5 gallon pot this watering due to lack of runoff in weeks prior. I’m thinking I could be letting the pots dry out a little too long in between so the 1.5 gallons hasn’t been enough for each watering. When I stick my finger into the medium 2 or 3 days after watering it still seems like the soil has plenty of moisture so I wait another day or two. I know fabric pots are supposed to dry out usually in 2-3 days, but the soil still seems too moist, and I don’t want to overwater. It seems like ever since transplanting into 5 gallons and switching them to a 12/12 light cycle, watering got more complicated. Maybe I am overthinking the whole process. I just don’t want to risk ruining my crop, you know? Tap water: 223ppm, 8.6 pH, 70℉ (9 gallons total) + HydroGuard: 9ml/9 gallons + pH Down: 30ml/9 gallons Mixture: 267ppm, 6.0 pH, 70.4℉ ppm/ppm = runoff/soil JB#1 - 1330ppm/1063ppm, 6.3 pH AP#1 - 1310ppm/1043ppm, 6.3 pH AP#2 - 1160ppm/893ppm, 6.7 pH GC#1 - 1350ppm/1083ppm, 6.3 pH -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 20 - FLOWER: 05/14/2021 Watered a day earlier than I usually do, with .5 gallons less water per plant. So each plant got a total of 1 gallon of water for their 5 gallon pots. This is really just to take the question out of the back of my mind: Am I letting the pots dry out too much going four days until the next watering? I will check on the plants shortly after they wake up tomorrow to observe their reaction to the watering. None of the plants produced really any runoff, which was boggling to me, because when I water there is usually anywhere between 10-20%, and that’s after watering on the fourth day. Needless to say, I was unable to take readings this time. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Week 3, Day 21 - FLOWER: 05/15/2021 5:30 p.m. - Decided to check on the plants since I watered a day earlier (yesterday) than I have been since transplanting into the 5 gallon fabric pots. This was kind of an experiment to see how the plants would react to watering on the third day rather than the fourth, because I keep doubting myself. Anyway, when I checked in on the plants, a few leaves looked ever so slightly droopy. Not terrible. It appears that some of the leaves had begun to swell up a little as well. Not 100% sure if these are actually early signs of being overwatered this time, or if it’s something I have simply overlooked until now. Just to be sure, I’m going to water once more on the third day to see how the plants respond. The plants seem to be doing well this week. I've finally installed another ScroG net on the second level to help maintain the canopy. Since I cut the first layer of net the plants quickly started to get out of control and began to grow unevenly across the canopy. The trichomes are starting to appear on all of the plants, with the exception of the American Pie #1. This pheno is a little behind. I'm wondering if it has anything to do with how differently this plant was trained compared to her sisters (The manifold/mainline technique was applied). Possibly could have even defoliated her a little too heavy and she's taking a few extra days to bounce back. She's still producing early buds though, which is good. 👌 That just about wraps up this week. Things just keep getting more and more exciting with each journal entry. All the girls should have about 5-7 weeks left in flower before they are ripe for harvest. Hoping to have another tent and light setup by the end of flower so I can get some more seeds started. July 5 - The girls are still doing awesome. temps are between 21-26. Humidity is 40-50. Still feeding every 24-36 hours with 3L per plant. July 6 - They are doing good. Showing lots of flower sites now. Unfortunately I did not get any pictures today. July 7 - Tons of progress since last week. I don't see any signs of any problems, and still no pests! The smell is getting A lot stronger as it starts to flower more July 8 - Still doing there thing, no problems, temps and humidity is fine. Have been feeding every 24 hours now as they seem to be really thirsty July 9 - Super happy with how they are doing. No issues yet. Smell is heavier, and tons of bud sites showing up. Only issue is they are growing pretty uneven. July 10 - Time to get a even canopy! First time doing some HST. I also did some defoliation. One of the stems split open a bit but it seems to be doing just fine. I did he HST and defoliation in the morning, i then took pictures of 12 hours later and everything seems just fine! July 11 - Everything seems to be a lot more even and the broken stem doesn't seem to affect the growth.

Added the other two bag seeds in this week. They aren’t stretching quite yet. Pineapple Express is stretching like crazy and is now the tallest plant in the tent. Put the ScrOG net in to help control the grow... I have five plants in the flowering tent and the tent is only 2x4... defoliated each plant this week... lets see how this grows 😅

Fun little grow, but battled with WPM early on. I'm sure the flavors are buzz is similar to last grow of this strain.

Turned amber shockingly fast. Kinda happened unexpectedly! Swapped to water flushing this week to help my baby burn off the last of her nutrients. Plan to harvest in the next two weeks. Gonna let her guide me. Happy growing.

This has by far been the most stressful part of the grow. as I'm trying to increase yield as much as possible, and in doing so f£&ked around and found out the hard way. She has gone into what I would say is severe shock this on the 31/1/25 will be the 3rd day of shock hopefully she can pull through and start growing again 🙏 🤞

Zu Beginn der Woche wird die Düngung schon einmal auf Blüte umgestellt. In ein paar Tagen wird das Zelt gewechselt und die Blüte eingeleitet. Vorher versuche ich noch die Höhe der Triebe anzugleichen.

Day 68-16/02/22 I’ve harvested 6 of the 25 so far they are drying some more to come down over the next days all buds looking juicy and crystals everywhere!!!

End of Week 5 Brewed a nice veg-specific compost tea and the ladies loved it. Trying to make sure the soil stays nice and moist to keep the microbes happy and letting the top 3 cm of the topsoil dry before each watering. The ladies have gained some momentum and they're growing at a rapid pace . I also performed some HST by defoliating a few fan leaves and softly pinching and bending some of the stems to open up the canopy whilst keeping the stress at a minimal. Pest Report: Didn't have much issues up until now... I noticed about 5-10 tiny little thrips on some of the leaves and I applied an organic microbial insecticide (Agro Organics Bio-Insek, Google it!) that seems to have taken care of the problem. Now I will apply it weekly to make sure those buggers are ELIMINATED.

Transplanted into a 3 gallon fabric pots. Cut off couple of the dried tips off the blue gelato, not sure what's up with it, the other two girl got topped left the gelato alone you can see why other than little blue everything is looking as I expected

11 Sep 2021 Today starts week 2 of the flowering stage and week 10 of life for my lovely Ladies. I did some massive defoliation and pruning the other day and all three of my babies are looking amazing afterwards!! Absolutely beautiful! I have a short video log (I’m not cool enough to call it a vlog), and a few pictures to upload to start this week. I must admit that I really thought I may have overdone the defoliation and pruning, but so far it’s turning out exactly as I had hoped. There are budlets forming at every node, and all three plants are looking healthy and strong. I decided to look at my feed chart and to count backwards from the date that they should be ready for harvest and to arrange their feeding schedule. I made a plan where I can provide a good steady level of nutrients in the proper stage of growth, and schedule time for the flush to be done by the time harvest time arrives. So today I started the Mid-Bloom stage 4 of my Flora-Trio 6 part feeding chart. I’m still giving half the nutrient level until I know there are no issues, then I will adjust to full strength if necessary. At 50% strength each plant was given: CALiMAGic 2ml, FloraMicro 2.4ml, FloraGro 2ml, FloraBloom 4.2ml, Floralicious Plus 1ml, and Liquid KoolBloom 1ml mixed into a gallon of water. The initial pH for all three gallons was 6.3. I wanted to adjust them up, so I added 1.2ml of pH UP to each gallon which adjusted them as follows: C1 - 6.7, and C2/C3 were both adjusted to 6.6. I still don’t have a replacement TDS meter, so only pH was measured in the runoff. Runoff pH was as follows: C1 - 5.9, C2 - 6.1, and C3 - 5.8. The runoff levels of C1 and C3 are still lower than id like, but still manageable. As I mentioned several times above; my plants are looking great, and I plan to keep growing them as they are until this method needs to be adjusted or changed. I’m just letting them grow wild. Granted, I’m trying my best for them to grow the way I want, but I’m not using a support net at all (yet). I say (yet), because once the buds start to bulk up, they may need support to stand upright. If that day comes, I’ll use the net. Time will tell. The temperature in the tent was 82F, and the humidity was 45%. So far my trio is growing beautifully! Enjoy everyone! I am!! 14 Sep 2021 I ended up using only about half of each gallon the other day, so today I gave the rest of each gallon to the perspective plant it belonged to. None of the plants had any real runoff from the amount given today, so I’ll probably start feeding every two days instead of every 3-4. It happens with each grow. The trick is to identify how much they need, and how often. It seems to change with every plant. So as I stated above; each plant received about 1/2 gallon of water and nutrients that was prepared a few days ago. Each plant received CALiMAGic 2ml, FloraMicro 2.4ml, FloraGro 2ml, FloraBloom 4.2ml, Floralicious Plus 1ml, and Liquid KoolBloom 1ml. The pH going in was: C1 - 6.7, C2/C3 - 6.6. As I said above, there wasn’t enough runoff to measure, so I don’t have runoff data today. The temperature in the tent was 84F, and humidity was 57%. I measured each plant and adjusted the lights according to their growth. C1 is now 23 inches tall, C2/C3 are both 23.5 inches tall. I adjusted the lights to all be 15 inches over each plant. Light spill off is still awesome for all three plants, and each one of my lovely ladies is looking absolutely amazing! 15 Sep 2021 My plants are doing AWESOME!! I looked in on them a little earlier today and just sat in my floor and looked at them. They are doing amazing! Absolutely beautiful!! I have used a support (scrog) net for each of my grows so far; till this one. At least so far that is. I may end up putting it in to support the branches once they are loaded with bud, but for right now I have just let them grow as they naturally want too. Of course there are some exceptions to that last statement. At the end of my first week of flower I decided to defoliate and prune them down. I did so much defoliation and pruning that I thought I may have hurt my girls, but nope! They have responded even better than I had hoped. I trimmed off all of the lowest branches that weren’t already long enough to get full light exposure, as well as most of the small intermediate branches growing off of more established branches. The result… every node growing on every branch is developing buds! All of them are getting full light exposure, and ventilation from the fans inside the grow room. These three are looking better than any of my previous plants thus far. I am very pleased with how they’re doing! I’m feeding again today because what I gave them yesterday just didn’t seem sufficient. None of them had any runoff to measure; so I’m going to make sure that they do as well as possible! I’m sticking with the mid-bloom stage 4 of my Flora-Trio 6 part feeding chart at 50% of recommended levels. My plants are doing great at 50% strength so far, so if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it! No deficiencies have been seen, so I’ll keep on keeping on that. Each plant received a mixture of a gallon of water with the following nutrients: CALiMAGic 2ml, FloraMicro 2.4ml, FloraGro 2ml, FloraBloom 4.2ml, Floralicious Plus 1ml, and Liquid KoolBloom 1ml. C1 and C2 didn’t take the whole gallon, but about 3/4 of it. C3 took the whole gallon, but that may be because it is in a bigger pot. The initial pH of each was: C1 - 6.4, C2 - 6.5, and C3 - 6.3. I added pH UP to each as follows: C1 - 2ml, which adjusted to a final pH of 6.7. C2 - 1ml, which adjusted to 6.9, and C3 - 1.5ml, which adjusted to 6.6. I still haven’t gotten another TDS meter, so no TDS data to report. Runoff for all three plants was lower than I expected. C1 was 5.8, and C2/C3 were 5.7. I really expected them to be near 6.2 or thereabouts, but nope. I’m going to have to keep an eye on that. The humidity today was 65%, which is pretty good. The temperature in the tent was 84F. It was over 90F outside today, so hot outside = hot in the tent. 🤷‍♂️ They’re still looking great! Happy growing everyone!

Finally a little happiness on the last day of the week. This week the plants have healthier, greener leaves. And the buds are growing. I say what I did that helped my plant. I reduced the strong wind, I increased the humidity, I increased the distance between the light and the plant by 10 cm. And I started fertilizing a lot. I thought the leaves would burn because they had a lot of fertilizer, but on the contrary, they needed fertilizer.
