Sat 7/8: - Transplanted a runted Purple Lemonade auto into a small plastic pot (1/2 litre), from 3 gal fabric pot. Put it back in the veg tent where there is more room. It is wasting space in the flowering tent. Suspect over watering early on as issue. - Shifted a Grapefruit auto from the veg tent to the flowering tent to replace the Purple Lemonade. A little early, so it is on a pedestal to reach the canopy. - Planted a Fastberry and a Gorilla Cookie auto. - Harvested 20g wet from the CBD20:1 (8w). Sun 8/8: - Changed light cycle from 18/6 to 20/4. - Fed plants, varying mixture by plant age. CBD20:1 is now only on water at every feed. - Tied main stem down on Grapefruit auto (3w). - Set up endoscope camera to capture the Grapefruit response to LST. - Continued lollipopping Strawberry Pie (5w) and Kosher Cake(4w). Tues 10/8: - both the Gorilla Cookie and the Fastberry seeds popped. I’ve put them under icecream containers in the veg tent so they don’t dry out too quickly. Wed 11/8: - Small targeted watering with no feed. Thurs 12/8: - feed plants that needed to be watered. Sat 14/8: - Harvested the remaining CBD20:1 at 9 weeks, 73g wet - Harvested undersized Lemon Pie at 8 weeks, 26g wet. - Planted a Gelato auto and a Wedding Cheesecake auto from Fast Buds. Well, that seems to the last vegetation week fot this beauties. Now the got quite huge and the genetic diffirence between two strains can be seen. Today will switch the lights to 12/12 and let's go;)

10/15 This week saw a few snags. Both gorilla zkittlez girls are showing what looks like a Mg def i.e yellowing between veins and green veins themselves. This isn't the first time they've exhibited these symptoms. Currently the heaviest affected leaves are the lowest fan leaves farthest from the light. Aiming to keep it that way. I think it's pH swinging too low. I need to pay more attention to my feeds but sometimes I don't have the time to pH my water as properly as I should. The reason I say it's that and not a deficiency is because they are also showing signs of over feed (yellow leaf tips) only a one half-strength feed did this. There must be plenty of food left in the pot. I'm thinking the flip is gonna come at the end of the week. I'll clean up some lower foliage tomorrow or Sunday and let them grow the rest of the week. 10 weeks seems like a nice round number to me. Here we are again ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you. This time we are faced with an absolute novelty from Zamnesia, a plant from the latest generation of an immense series that Zamnesia is bringing out, ready to try them all. Here we have excellent parents, the primette result is great, let's also try the Karen Kush. I was amazed by the perfect branding for this strain and so let it be Karen. To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of the right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step. - Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand if it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination. Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in the jar (depending on the lunar phases). - Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water the seed is almost certainly healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally. - Phase 2 --- Opening the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little, you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in the water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root comes out, it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out a lot, you can wait a little longer in the absorbent paper, but not in water. - Phase 3 --- In the meantime, while I soaked the seeds, I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds, I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems. - Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. So far I have not put the light, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. ~ FASTBUDS TESTER #2203 ~ Well friends, here we go on another 'canna-venture' together! The grow room has had a complete remodel and some upgrades done to it including brand spanking new 4x8 and 4x4 tents and a Trolmaster Hydro X controller along with a new Control Panel. This tester strain is one of six tester strains that FastBuds has graciously provided me with and I'm looking forward to seeing what this girl has to offer when she's grown to her full potential! One drawback of 'testers' is I have little to no information on it other than its number and that it's an autoflower... 🤪 But, it's ALWAYS a blast growing them for me because not knowing a lot allows me to just concentrate on the essentials: Light, Environment, Water, Nutrients and possibly a bit of LST... not complicated, just basics like keeping a constant temperature and RH in the tent at a level that gives a good VPD, watering when almost dry and maintaining proper light levels according to their stage of growth. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ ~THE SETUP~ ~Initially seeds were lightly scuffed, then soaked for 3 hours in 78℉ distilled water after which they were transferred to moist paper towels laid out in a Jiffy Pellet plastic starter tray with lid. Underneath the tray was placed a Mars Hydro Heat Mat with Controller that was set to 78℉ where they stayed until their tap roots emerged. ~Planted into Jiffy Peat Pellets that were hydrated with distilled water warmed to 78℉ with a 7.0 ph. ~Once roots emerge from the Jiffy Pellet they're transferred to their fabric pots. ~Grown 100% organic in a 4g Gronest fabric pot and a 3g fabric pot by Wraxly filled with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium and initially amended with Dr. Earth 4-4-4 / Earthworm Castings / Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 and Coast of Maine Stonington Blend Organic Plant Food 5-2-4. ~19/5 light cycle for the entire run with supplemental UVA added during flower. Lights are controlled by a Trolmaster Hydro X controller set for a 15min Sunrise/Sunset simulation. ~Top dressing every 3-4 weeks with slow release dry amendments and Earthworm castings. ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed and bi-weekly Compost Tea's. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 1/19- Here we go into Week Four of flower and these testers are ON FIRE!🔥🔥🔥 Both testers are in a flower frenzy and are ready to eat! Today I gave both girls their last top dressing with Down To Earth 4-8-4 Flower Mix at a ratio of 2tbsp/g and Coast of Maine's Stonington Blend 5-2-4 Organic Plant Food at a ratio of 1tbsp/g which I simplified by using 1/3 cup of the 4-8-4 and 1/4 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 4g pot and 3/8 cup of 4-8-4 and 1/8 cup of the 5-2-4 in the 3g pot. After working the amendments into the medium, I watered it in with 1g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. It will take a week for the microbes to begin breaking it down and will last for 3-4 weeks after that which should coincide with them finishing up, or close to it, enabling them to naturally 'flush' themselves out. I've also increased the power to the HLG 650R's the the Trolmaster Hydro X Controller to 75% which has them pulling 990w at the wall and have them hung 32" above canopy. I also starting adding in 4 hours of UVA during the middle of the light cycle for the remainder of flower. I've been monitoring their leaf temperatures and they're running 71-73℉ which is perfect! I have the AutoPilot APC8200 co2 Controller set to 1100ppm with a 100ppm window and the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set to maintain a 74℉ temperature in the tent while the lights are on. 1/21- I'm watering these thirsty girls daily with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉ and they're both thriving! The #1 pheno stays in a perpetual state of 'praying' and remains the 'Frost Queen' in the run she is a VERY happy girl! The #2 pheno, while different from her sister, is looking gorgeous and starting to really ramp up her trichome production! 1/23- I watered/fed both testers today with 0.75g of de-chlorinated water each with GreenGro's Natures Brix, Granular Myco and Flower Finisher mixed in, after which I added 1 tsp/g of unsulfured molasses and then ph'd it to 6.6 @ 74℉. They'll be getting straight water from here moving forward as the medium has enough food in it to support them until they finish. 1/25- Daily watering continued today with both girls receiving 0.75g of straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.6 @ 74℉. OMG they're both looking fantastic with both looking amazing with a generous coating of trichomes covering their flowers, especially on the #1 phenotype and both have developed a funky sweet, creamy aroma! Week 10 buds keep growing but the girls got some kind of deficiency… it started at the top of the plant … I’m almost done with the blue dream hopefully this don’t mess her up in her last week or weeks.. other than that she’s a big girl !!! The purple dream seems to be doing fine hopefully she don’t end up dying on me before harvest …

Second water change this week. This time I decided to increase the ppm up to 600 and see if the plant was going to sustain it. I was honestly expecting a small bite burn but it seems like nothing has happened after 3 days. Ph keeps increasing slightly everyday and ppm keeps decreasing. Really happy with how this is going.

These girls are doing great they love the bat shit. I am going to defoliate the photoperiod Runtz, I topped early on and it vegged like crazy.

Day 51 from seed! Very impressive stuff. Been feeding her lightly with some Vitalink products. 2 weeks left on her but may push her longer depending on how she looks. Smelling sweet and cheesy 💪

Bad start of the week or end of last week, not sure.. The middle cob led died so had to order some new lights. Also having a lot of issue's with fungus gnats. The fly traps are packed :/ Update: Fugnus gnats are getting a big problem. Guess it is because of the pots. Hung some sticky traps and ordered nematodes. Update; nematodes arrived and have been added to the pots. Also gave them another feeding. New equipment has arrived so will probably install tomorrow Update: new grow room installed! they seem to like their new home.

Week 6 of flower. Buds are filling out more now. Still occasional rainy days but weather is improving.

Die PPOG entwickelt in der 4 Woche wirklich heftig Resin. Sie sieht wirklich frosty aus, gefällt mir !☺️ Mir ist nun aufgefallen, dass die unteren Blätter alle die Spitzen nach unten neigen. Man nennt das auch ‚Adlerkrallen‘ und ist auf einen Stickstoff Überschuss zurückzuführen. Habe durch die Verfärbung der Blätter auf einen Mangel geschlossen, war vielleicht nicht die beste Idee mehr Bio Grow zuzuführen😂 Werde im laufe der 5 Woche keinen Bio Grow mehr verwenden und beobachten wie sich das entwickelt. Euch allen eine gute Woche !💚
