Tag 14 Die erste Woche der Keimung war… sagen wir mal, eine echte Herausforderung. Und auch in die zweite Woche starten wir mit einigen Schwierigkeiten. Der pH-Wert im Gießwasser tanzt immer noch Tango und will sich einfach nicht stabilisieren lassen. Alle sechs Stunden muss ich ran und nachjustieren – ganz schön zeitaufwendig! Auch die Temperaturen sind noch ein Thema. 27 Grad sind einfach zu hoch, und da die kleinen Pflänzchen noch keine schattenspendenden Blätter haben, heizt es ordentlich auf. Ich habe mir aber mit Kühlpacks beholfen und das Gießwasser auf angenehme 22 Grad runtergekühlt. Hoffentlich mögen das die Wurzeln! Immerhin: Die Wurzelbildung scheint gut voranzugehen, jede Pflanze hat jetzt schon ein kleines Wurzelnetz entwickelt. Um jeder Pflanze die besten Startbedingungen zu geben, habe ich ihnen jetzt jeweils ein eigenes Licht spendiert. So kann ich die optimalen Werte für jede einzelne einstellen. Ob das alles so klappt, wie ich es mir vorstelle, wird sich in den nächsten Wochen zeigen. Aber wir starten optimistisch in Tag 14! Was steht heute auf dem Plan? Ich werde die pH-Werte im Auge behalten und schauen, ob die Kühlpacks die Wassertemperatur stabil halten können. Außerdem werde ich die kleinen Pflanzen genau beobachten, ob es ihnen gut geht. So far, so good. The Dr amazingly grows similar sized buds above the light level as she grows buds behind the lights. Buds are small in general. I fertigate her once a day, 0.4 g/L of the base fertilizer. Inflow conc is 550 ppm (ca,. 1100 uS/cm), and I think I may be slightly underfertilizing. I plan to raise the concentration 150 ppm within two weeks and see if she tolerates that amount. What's fantastic in these long flowering strains, that it seems one has all the time in the world to plan and make changes, in the end, there's so much time to recuperate in case of an inconvenience! Day 107 (29-12) It consoles me that even the infortunate grow disadventures of mine with this "stretchy sativa" I think the journey will turn out successful. Let's some in April! (perhaps somewhat earlier, I dunno) If not for yields, which I reckon thwy may not be as large as I wanted (if for big yield was the original intention of growing this strain I wouldn't grow this one specially -which is know not ot be a big yielder, it was the desire of the experience of growing this noble and beautiful landrace (heirloom) sativa. by myslef...and I have 4 more seeds ;) I raised EC with 0.5 g/L Bloom fertilizer per liter solution, keeping all the other ingredients constant, in concentration and order of mixing. Every day I have the extra work of inspecting the colas to see whether they are being damaged by heat and eventually apart them from the cobs, etc., but in general, I thank God this could have been even much worse. Luckily she resists both the high indoor temperatures (31 ºC by this date, when outside temperatures are of that order), and pro-silicate additive may have been useful to resist heat, as Grotek claims.

THIS FACT Yes THAT THE BRANCHING WAS ALREADY MORE COMPACT FOR OG2, ADAPTED TO THE LIGHT AND WITH GREATER RESULTS ... GOOD !! This week went really well ! Today we are at day 79 from seed an looking beautiful! One Forbiddin Runtz got chopped an hung to dry out an the rest are still flushing out through the rest of this week! Very nice looking fades coming along on the fan leafs from purple to green , so beautiful ! So happy with these genetics from @fastbuds_genetics! Super sticky an smell is so amazing, room full of purple punch’s an Forbiddin Runtz the smell you can’t beat, so many berries!!! Well stay tuned for next week! Cheers y’all

all in all it was an ok grow... it was the 1st time using kind soil. i have now upgraded to 1000w light and another tent ... so i will see how my next grow goes

They’re so beautiful 🤩 the buds are forming so nicely, showing some colours coming through even the stem is purple so can’t wait for these last few weeks to see how she changes! Going to be amazing! She’s frosty like the snowman! Sweet smelling like a candy shop, it’s heaven 🙏

02/10/2021 I supper cropped the top 4" down toward lower level to promote auxins to redistribute, also starting 12-12 light cycle should be 8-9 weeks of flowering🙏 if she more than doubles in stretch,then I will need to switch to LED lights to finish

The Wedding Cake also got a small top dressing of 2 tbsp of craft blend a buildaflower. Im not too sure on what's going on with the wedding cake but im letting it ride out.

Skywalker putting on tons of frost and seems to be happy with the status quo so no more compost teas for her. Starting to have a distinct Kush scent filling the tent now. In the future I’d probably LST this from the start to increase yields but other than some defoliation throughout, I haven’t done any training which has been nice. Blueberry impressed me with the size of the buds starting to form. Signs of frost for sure. Not very aromatic yet at this point. Stem rub is a different story. She has been showing some signs of calcium/mag deficiency in some of the leaves which seemed to improve with top dressing/Recharge. Been drinking a steady liter minimum daily Glueberry OG continues to explode in growth. I’ve done quite a bit of defoliation to keep tops exposed and it has bounced back quick each time. I can see why this would be a fun strain outdoors, as it is slowly taking up a solid 4 square ft of the tent. I may end up finishing this outdoors depending on its desire to consume the canopy space. Due to the longer flower period, I’ll keep up with compost teas to support all that growth. So far, it seems to be working Week ended 7/20
