The girls have survived another week ❤️ I did a light defoliation and have been monitoring the RH closely. We have had a very damp week here, and the RH kept climbing and had my fan working hard. They are starting to plump up and fill in 😋. They have also started to slow their drinking habits, instead of watering every three days, it has moved to every 4 now. Just a couple of weeks left, I think I will be harvesting these over Christmas 🎄, and will have some great bud ready for the new year! 🎉🎊🍾

Last week I noticed the tips of the leaves were burned, so this week was mostly ph’d water and enzymes. I fed a mild fertilizer called Roots Organic HPK which is 0-4-3. It is made of guano and langbeinite. Everything else is the same as last week.

And the first week of flower begins! I started this week off by defoliating any and all large fan leaves blocking lower nodes. Also did a little supercropping on BL to get her to spread just a bit more. I raised the light up to 45cm and this will be the final height. They've been drinking really fast by this point. Definitely going to be very diligent with waterings/feedings until harvest. Cheers all! This is my most painless grow to date, praying for a nice and smooth wrap-up to this cycle as well.

This weeks update! Grow tent- so I had a buddy do my res change I talked him through the whole process couldn’t make it to the grow this week. Number and everything where perfect but!. He didn’t close the valve all the way to the blue dream res tank and left the drain pump on🤦‍♂️🏾. So when I got there this week leaves where curling and brown thought it might be a nutrient issue. Opened the res to check it. And there was only about a gallon of water in there out of the usual seven. No major harm I was planning on doing my last defoliation to her this week anyway. But that could have been bad. They are both receiving half strength nutes of the ripening mix GH recommends. Would have been a perfect week if not for that. No harm no foul tho. But def bout to start pushing them on the flower nutes and get back up to my 1000 ppm range buy adding extra bloom formula! #Staykited

23cm vertical growth this week. Over doubled her height and got a lot more bushy too. I think she's going to be a fab plant!

Welcome to week 9. 7/2 today I defoiliated some damaged leaves from Gaia and Circe trying to make them look presentable. The lock out has done damage last will last until they are harvested. Last week was flushing every 2 days with 2 gallons of water for each plant in the tent. PH of the soil is down from 8 .2 to 7.2 not so alkaline. 7/3 water feed and some pics. I made 4 gallon fertilizer solutions using TPS1 fertilizer 10ml per gal. I made 1/2 strength at total 22,5ml Signal 1ml per gal. Total 2.5ml Ppm total 620 After I fed 4 liters each I followed 3 hours later to test the run off. Cream caramel Ec .99 ppm 690 ph 5.95 runoff 2 ltr in drip pan Gaia EC .88 ppm 620 ph 6.82 run off 2.5 ltr Circe Ec 1.30 ppm 910 ph 6.16 runoff .75 ltr 7/4 reduced light schedule to 15 hrs from 18 hrs. 7/5 flushed all with 2 gal each 7/6 cream Caramel is showing lockout now too😨 even with flushing. 7/7 more flushing. Last week I mentioned books that I've read that influenced my thoughts, beliefs and how I see the world. I grew up in the 1970s, ( my formative years) in Tidewater Virginia, situated on the Atlantic Ocean. Friends and I went to the beach, not for fun in the sun but to go to the A.R.E. The ARE is Edgar Cayce's, Association for Research and Enlightenment and the Heritage store which was a new age metaphysical crystal shop with crystals, stones, meditation, and yoga classes. I scoured old bookstores looking for books written on spiritualism, psychology, alternative religions, old doctor books, etc. My desire to be a healing practitioner stems from my books from Jeanne Rose in 1970s. She is the first herbal medicine woman in modern times. Florence Scovel Shinn, metaphysician, lecturer, artist- The Game of Life and others written in 1925. Edgar Cayce's trance readings. The older books are out of print but may still be found. There is a River is Edgar Cayce's life story. Hidden Life of Trees is a must read. It explains connectedness. Interestingly, my great uncle, in his writings (above) references the spiritual laws written in the books mentioned above. From various religious scriptures, the existence of personal behavioral laws, as I would describe as code of honor, as indicated are the ways to true Peace. Throughout my generations the search for spiritual truths have fallen outside the realm of traditional religious formation. From the spiritual sense, I have emerged full circle. grandparents' and parents' lifetimes, there were world wars. Everyone had a focus on world peace. Mucha's quote on week 8 emphasizes the need to build bridges, to achieve peace. Sadly, I remember watching the Vietnam War on the news when I was growing up. Well I started college with dream of becoming a doctor, but changed to business and accounting. During my college years, I worked part time jobs in a stock brokerage firm and jewelry store. From that point on I loved nice jewelry and desired the unusual gemstones that were mentioned by Edgar Cayce. Eventually I started my career in Accounting working in in hospitals, banking and finally in local and state government and higher education. In my late 30's having a midlife crisis, I felt that I really belonged in as a healer. I considered homeopathic school but my daughter was recently born. I did not want to travel to New York and be away from my family. An opportunity missed. My words of wisdom: If you have strong feelings in your gut, the little voice in your heart tells you that "this", what ever this represents to you, is your path. Follow your dream. My gut still gnaws at me. I graduated with a BS in accounting with a minor in psychology, continues my education thru MBA. My entire career was in accounting and finance. My last position was the Director of Financial Reporting and Revenue. I was happy, loved my job, I had a great staff. My plan was to work until I was 70 as I have good genes for longevity. Cancer changed that. The focus of oncologists is to check the cancer free box at 5 years. I'm working on cleaning up the aftermath of the storm. Yeah, my hormones are still wrecked. HAPPY 420 Today iam entering the SEEDSMAN 420 Growoff with the Following strain the FATSO GMO f1 automatic. All will start Indoors under SANlight Flex 25, and move Outdoors. Only one Plant stays indoors, to see the performance under best Conditions because my Outdoor Garden is hard^^ So i started with letting them soak, and then the seeds will move under a humid Kitchensponge unil i see a sweet Taproot. then they will go into the Final Pot, filled with lovely TerraPreta mj mix the grow will be supported with Biotabs fertiliser Breeder Information Fatso GMO F1 Auto is a feminised hybrid strain that is the result of crossing two autoflowering strains, viz. Fatso Auto and Cotton Candy Auto. This Cali-derived, slightly sativa-leaning, easy to cultivate strain will please growers with its big yield, solid THC content and its sweet, candy and fuel palate. Fatso GMO F1 Auto will grow well both indoors and outdoors. It has an above-average resistance to mould but will still benefit from good ventilation, especially where humidity levels are quite high. Resistance to plant pests and other pathogens is excellent. While plants will remain quite short at around 100cm or less indoors, they can grow a little taller, reaching a height of 130cm, outdoors in open ground. The entire cycle is completed in a maximum of 75 days from germination through to harvest and although yields are said to be average this is still pretty impressive for an autoflowering strain. The combination of high resin production and high terpene levels make Fatso GMO F1 Auto a very good strain from which to make cannabis extracts. The terpene profile is sweet and funky with savoury scents of Skunk with pine and floral notes. The taste is like sweet candy with hints of fuel. THC production is high, reaching 24% while CBD is low. The effect is uplifting and well-balanced.

Three weeks into flower and things are moving along. I defoliated some of the lower branches and spread out a few branches here and there. Other than that it's the same situation as always. Nutrients are pumping and lights are beaming. Everything is running smooth and all is well with the world. Like some namaste shit going on around here at the moment. Could very well just be the calm before the storm...

As the Ganja Farmer Seed's TKO is ripening and getting closer to harvest, I'm continuing to lower ppm levels while managing bucket water levels and ph. We're exactly at day 56 of flower (5/5/23) on Cinco de Mayo. The TKO reflects a flowering time of 60-65 days, so no more nutrients at this point. I'll continue to monitor Trichomes through next week (i.e., week 9 of flower). Once I see more amber (approximately 20-25%), I will begin a 2-3 day flush with straight RO water. At that point, she is ready to come down. The last bucket change end of week 7 strictly following GH's recommended dosage. That bucket change out brought an end to the ph swings she was beginning to experience. After the change out, the balance between water consumption, nutrient uptake, and ph is spot on. Specifically, while plant is up taking water, ph and ppm have maintained stability. She's looking and smelling incredible. There is a learning curve with DWC - no lie - but I've enjoyed the experience. She is an aggressive grower and challenging for maintenance. All in all, great genetics.
