Day 49 and moving along. Wanting to run these 21 more days max, the Jedi cookies I think I can take to that point but one of the CBD crack might be done sooner. Other than that things are chill, wanting to see some bud growth this week.

Hello growmies! Welcome to week seven of An Epsilon Adventure! Massive thanks to both Shogun and Royal Queen Seeds for sponsoring this grow! I have just completed the final defoliation for the three least advanced (and largest) girls. I have also rearranged the tent again to try to maximize the space available and light usage. I have not fertigated for 5 days after the last fertigation was a flush without coco base. I am struggling with humidity at the moment so I have been trying to let the plants go more dry than usual. Daily Updates ### Week 7 Day 2 02:30 7/8 Heavily defoliated plants 1, 5 & 6 and removed some of the lower branches. Rearranged tent then photographed & measured: Plant 1 is now almost unbelievably 2nd tallest at "only" 141cm in height! Her stretch has just about ended. Plant 2 has stopped stretching at 111cm and is 2nd most advanced into flower. Plant 3 has stopped stretching at 95cm and is most advanced into flower. Plant 4 has stopped stretching at 100cm and is 3rd most advanced into flower. Plant 5 has gained 6cm this week and may add few more but she is pretty close to done stretching at 119cm. Plant 6 has gained 22cm this week and isn't quite finished. She is now the tallest plant in the series at 142cm. ### Week 7 Day 2 07:00 7/8 Fertigated 1.6l each ### Week 7 Day 4 02:00 9/8 Fertigated 1.6l each reduced coco a/b to 2m/l each. Spent a bit more time photographing and videoing to try and capture the changes and the developmental differences. These 140cm+ plants are going to STACK. I am bracing myself for a lot of trimming and a monster harvest. 🙏 The current order of maturity and likely order of harvest is 3 2 4 1 5 6. I think the first and last plants will be at least a week apart in harvest, perhaps 2 or 3. ### Week 7 Day 6 23:00 11/8 Fertigated 1.6l each The smell in the tent is there now, really not that strong but there are 6 plants motoring through flower here now so it's not insignificant either. Plant 3 is absolutely stacking now, she's more or less run out of space around her cola and is now growing some foxtail like structures, exciting! Plant 6 the least mature is 2-3 weeks behind plant 3, but her stretch has finally stopped at 144cm. Took wide angle in tent photos today. Auto Northern Dragon Fuel grew really well in a small potter of a gallon and a half. I unfortunately had too much nitrogen in her system during flowering. This effeced my yield some. The flower that is there has a great cherry wood diesel smell. It was also very frosty and looks potent. I should get several ounces for sure once it is processed. G.23: le piante sono in salute anche se la g.p. ha le foglie un po' basse, non noto carenze, ma penso che abbia bisogno semplicemente di più acqua (al giorno 21 ho dato 300 ml, al giorno 23 600 ml). Controllerò domani per vedere se migliora G.24: le piante hanno risposto bene all'innaffiatura e oggi i vasi erano di nuovo leggeri come ieri, perciò nuova innaffiatura da 500 ml per entrambe. G.27: come dalle foto ho messo un piccolo umidificatore a causa dell'eccessivo caldo (30% u.r.). Le piante crescono bene. Sto mantenendo le quantità di fert più basse rispetto alle volte precedenti e mi sta ripagando con un bel verde delle foglie. **Week 8 - Third Week of Flower** Things are getting wild in the Donutz tent! After the insane stretch last week, the plants have turned the space into a full-on jungle. The start of Week 8 called for drastic measures, and the results are setting the stage for explosive bud production. **Key Updates**: - **Aggressive Defoliation**: On Day 1 of the third flower week, the plants underwent a *brutal* defoliation. Every bud site that had started to develop its own leaves was stripped of its fan leaves, allowing light to flood the canopy. Even the smallest sites now have excellent exposure, giving them the best chance to mature into chunky nugs in the coming weeks. Despite the intensity of the trim, the plants are resilient and primed to bounce back strong. - **Boosted Nutrients**: To support the plants after the stress of defoliation, I added another 5-6g of Greenhouse Feeding Bloom per plant. This ensures the soil stays nutrient-rich and gives the plants the resources they need to recover and thrive. - **Watering**: Still rocking reverse osmosis (RO) water, ensuring clean and efficient hydration without any surprises. **Observations**: - The canopy is significantly cleaner and more open, with light now reaching deeper into the lower sections. - The plants are handling the defoliation well, with no immediate signs of stress or shock. - Bud sites are already looking promising, with visible development and an even distribution across the canopy. **Looking Ahead**: The next few weeks will be all about letting the plants recover and watching the buds stack up. With improved light penetration and a fresh dose of nutrients, everything is lined up for some impressive development. The Donutz are thriving, and the Florida Gang vibes are at an all-time high — the tent is set to deliver big!

I will be starting the flush a week earlier then I expected these girls are clouding up super fast. The Jack Herer will need another 2 week at the least. But the Tangie and Durban Poison will for sure be done sooner.

looking lovely. Although they still seem small. Not sure how long they will take to finish. They will probably shoot up once they get into the large air pots. Pretty happy with the progress so far though. Meaty main stems. Humidity isn't quite as high as I would like but it's a fair compromise with others flowering. As for superthrive. Does it work? Well I'm not seeing the explosive growth it promised in the root zone. But it's not really a fair trial as they've all had it.

Day 22: First day of LST. Braced the stem down low first in the opposite direction to what it was being bent to protect the roots from being torn. Bending the main stem down is the only bit of LST I done today. I’ll give it a few days to find shape and fill in its own gaps before going at any of the branches. Day 23: Just gave the main stem another little pull today to bend it down a bit further. Day 24: Moved the hook on the garden tie up one node on the main stem and pulled down further again. Also started pulling the branches into place and pinning down. Clipped off a few lower leaves. Day 25: Another bit of LST today. Gaps are filling themselves in nicely already. I started pulling the top of the main stem off to one side to fill the gap shown in the photo. Watered today as well with nutrients(1ml G, 1ml SR). Clipped off one more lower leaf. Day 26: I didn’t want to remove anymore leaves until next week but there were a few that were either getting in the way or really blocking off light so I removed 3 lower leaves and the one biggest leaf from near the top of the plant. Done another small bit of pulling and pinning. There are 4 branches that I’m waiting to get a bit longer before I pull them into position. Day 27: Watered today with nutrients (1ml SR, 2ml CM, 3ml G). Pulled the last few branches into place. There will still need to be some more adjustments over the next few days but it has its main shape now. There’s loads of signs of pre-flower but I think I’ll stay on the veg nutrients for another few feeds. Day 28: We moved from the veg space to the main grow space today, it’s the most beautiful thing me and Babydoll have ever seen. The human helped us move obviously. Turned the lights down to 80% for the first 12 hrs. We found some yellow spots on two leaves. Removed both leaves and posted a help question to Growdiares.
