This was another hot, hot week with a big rainstorm. Take a look at the measuring cup, it is full of rainwater. Gorilla Cookies continues to smell and is very sticky. It is a tall and lanky plant but look at the heavy buds weighing down the stems. It should be ready to take down in a couple of weeks. Half way through this grow, I had to stop using Miracle Grow and change my grow plan. I decide to use Advance Nutrients Jungle Juice for the rest of the grow. Jungle Juice’s selling point is that it is the only nutrient that I should need during the entire grow. One just need to make the solution stronger as the plant matures. The directions say to “stir vigorously” and that is true. It is very clumpy and I had to stir and shake the bottle a lot. As your plant is in veg and growing larger, directions say to up your Jungle Juice to 4 ml per liter. If my calculations are correct, I am using approx. 5 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket. 1 gal is 3.78 liters 5 gallons=18.92 liters 4ml jungle juice per liter x 18.92 liters= 75.7 ml which is = to 5.119 tablespoons per 5 gallon bucket of water As the end of the summer is quickly approaching, I have spent some time reflecting this week on all of the contests that I have entered and not won this summer. It can be a little frustrating because of all the time I have spent taking pictures and writing commentary. But, instead of it getting me down, I have to think about all of the positive take aways and I want to share them on this platform. I have read a lot of diaries and now know why I am just an apprentice. I have a lot to learn from all of you. There are some really good growers with a lot of experience and crazy grow techniques. So much knowledge is on this platform-it’s mind boggling. To be a great grower, you must be willing to be vulnerable and put yourself out there and try different suggestions and new techniques. I have made a few friend that I enjoy chatting with. I enjoy reading comments versus just seeing likes. My best friend on grow diaries is @Natrona and my neighbor as well. She has been growing longer than I have been so I routinely learn from her. This summer I learned to mix 1 cup of Perlite into my soil. I can see where my plants need the air flow. And, I now I only defoliate fan leaves that absolutely need to be gone. I let the fan leaves stay on until they fall off. I want my buds to pull all the nutrients they can out of the fan leaves. I also bought 2 new tools that @natrona suggested. The first was a water PH tester and the second was my Max-ee Magnifier which is informative and fun to use. Week has been good. I'm not sure about the ppm and salt around roots, they are a little brown. Wounder if I should flush them and start again with nutrient? And see some of the last picture, it's pretty thigth between the leaf and buds, should I but some of the leaf? Ppm 1400-1600 Temp 22 to 31 Temp in water 20-26 Humidity 50-60%

The flush begins , Using final flush with water at 21.oC And some defoliating to get light down . Managing to keep temps stable at 23-25 oC with both lights Also added in a mars hydro light Last week and seems to be working well and shown good response from the plants under it

Pulito i fiori e messi in barattolo tight vac più bustine boveda 62% e igrometro per monitorare ur. 48h dopo apro barattolo per visualizzare dato igrometro e se troppo alto intorno al 70/75/80% lascio 1/2h aperto se invece intorno a 60/65/70% apro 10minuti ogni giorno per una settimana. Cercherò di fumare queste due piante il più tardi possibile. Ovvio che qualche canna verrà presa qua e là ma avendo 65gr e 55gr vorrei iniziare a fumarla tra circa 2/3 mesi. The Skunk Apple Run plant is still tiny, unfortunately. It's got a serious problem with its leaves – almost all of them are burnt. I'm not sure what's going on there, but I'm going to have to figure it out before it's too late. The new year is off to a frosty start! We've had snow falling for what feels like forever. My kids are loving it, of course. They're building forts, having snowball fights, and turning everything into a winter wonderland. It's been a lot of fun to watch them enjoy it. All this snow is really making me think about how quickly time flies. It feels like just yesterday we were celebrating the holidays, and now here we are knee-deep in winter. I'm looking forward to warmer weather, but for now, I'm enjoying the quiet beauty of fresh snow.

Day 58 Update: Watered both plants with 3/4gal until runoff. Water was dosed with Terpinator at 15ml/gal. I will start the flush on Plant #1 next watering. Added a stake and a plant yoyo to Plant #2 to support the heavier branches. Day 62 Update: Starting flush on Plant #1. Watered both plants with almost a gallon until runoff. Plant #2's water was dosed with 3/4tsp of Big Bloom, 1/4tsp of Grow Big, and 1/4tsp of Tiger Bloom. Plant #1's water is just plain pH balanced water. I will start watering every 3 days now. I will start the flush on Plant #2 after one more nutrient watering.

I havent been keeping a day by day through this week (More for my sanity than anything else) as I was starting to become a tad obsessed, resulting in this feeling like the end result is even further away. So ive tried to take a more relaxed approach in checking the enviroment throughout the day due to the heat wave we're experiancing. Ive been struggling to keep the humidity high enough, with it regularly sitting around 25-30%. Need a better humidifier but dont have the space on this current one to get a "Smart" one that will regulate for me. Relying on a naff one little one from amazon that has an auto off feature and just doesnt seem to throw out enough vapour. However this is valuable information for the next run! GG4 - I removed the damaged leaves, as these we're not bouncing back once the pH issue had been rectified. This has allowed for further space for growth which has been filled nicely. This has also been topped this week. Im concerned that im at a height limit within my tent, and currently sitting in the sweet spot for topping autos. Hopefully this will keep it within the parameters of my tent and promote more bud sites! All in all, this has really started to push on, and im so pleased that its bounced back from the start of a pH issue. LST has meant that height measurements are a little scewed now. Explorer - This has been steady away since day 1, this week it recieved its LST which is already showing signs of further growth. Seems to bulking itself up a bit now, the difference between last week and this week are night and day! Cindy - Starting to catch up to explorer in terms of growth however is seemingly staying squat for now. Im going to give it a few more days before its LST. Ariel - My sadest princess was refusing to bounce back from my mistreatment within the 3 gal pot and was taking up precious space and not pulling her weight. Therefore shes been moved into a nursery pot where she will live out the rest of her days in peace. My poor girl...... Shes starting to pull through though! Due to the heat weve been experiancing it seems that ive been watering more frequently, if not every day at least every other day. Ive tried to back off on how much im watering to compensate and relying on the weight of the pot and also my moisture meter to tell me when to water. HOPEFULLY it keeps me right

The smell is pretty pungent and skunky. With a citrus smell if you squeeze the stem. Started the flush this week pretty excited for the harvesting. I'm at the 9th week of flowering. And I think 10 should be enough. I wanna thank @TheBudWhisperer for helping me with all my questions

Had a great week. ILGM has always been a strong grower for me. I've grown a few different strains from ILGM and they always grow very well. She went from 8 inches to 16 inches this week. I topped her about 3-4 days ago. She recovered from the topping very well and has new growth so she is doing as well as I could want. No problems to talk about this week 😀. Onto week 5.

Disculpen las fotos, es que las saque para consultar. Bueno primero que nada fue una semana de mucha tormanta, lluvias y humedad. lo peor que nos puede pasar en floracion. Segundo intente hacer supercroping ya que las ramas seguian superando el tejido y les llegaba luz en la noche. Y me salio desastrozo, mi primera vez. Pero los otros punteros que superaban la altura, los hizo mi compañero que sabia hacerlo (No tengo foto, luego actualizo). Y Tercero que debido a la humedad se ven en las fotos como aparecio hongos, por lo que pude observar era solo ese poco, lo cual ya fue removido vamos a ver como continuamos.
