The recent vertical surge was likely boosted by Far-Red and IR spectrum effects, along with enhanced metabolism from the CO₂ generator. From here, the plants will start shifting energy from stretch to flower production. Environmental control (especially RH and VPD) is now crucial to avoid early bloom issues. LST is being finalized as structure sets in. 21/06: We're now at day 31 since germination, and the flowering phase is clearly underway. Based on the canopy photo, the plants are thriving: a lush, uniform green with no signs of nutrient stress. Buds are starting to stack up nicely, and the foliage remains sturdy and intact. EC has been bumped up to 1.8 this week to support early bloom demands — especially for phosphorus and potassium — and the plants are handling it smoothly. No burnt tips or discoloration, indicating stable nutrient uptake. With environmental parameters dialed in through the GGS controller, everything's in sync. Onward to some serious bud building. 22/06: Stretch is in full swing — the girls are reaching hard, and I’ve had to raise the lights multiple times over the last few days. They’re now hovering just 10 cm above the canopy, delivering 1200 PPFD at 38 °C. We're truly pushing the physiological limit here. Dropping the lights any closer isn’t an option — cooling is maxed out, and more intensity = more heat. The only adjustable variable left would be CO₂ reduction, which I’d rather avoid at this stage. So far, no visible stress signs, but I’m watching them closely. Water uptake is intense — 100L in just 5 days. I refilled today (rather than a full res change) to prevent air pocket formation. Slightly bumped up the EC to temper the stretch. If things keep going vertical, some LST may soon be necessary — a few tops are practically kissing the diodes.

Girls are growing and growing , gave them another trim as they seem to bounce back 10x harder and bushier lol! Starting to think there may be one to many girls in there so hoping everything stays on track or I'm going to need to upgrade their house! Still unsure on doing a sog or using it as a spacer , sorry about the double photos on both diaries , one of the granddaddy purple plants somehow ended up at the back of the tent when one of the super skunk started tailing off and we had to rearrange their place in the tent , not much to report flowers are coming through nicely 😁 Happy growing 😎

i started with LST. unfortunately the plant grew too fast in height, which doesn't make it any easier now. next week i'll try it with twine. maybe i should it just let it grow as it likes.

flower week 8, 2nd week of flush and my 15th week of crappy sleep due to this VIVOSUN 4"high cfm fan. I would just get rid of it as it does not owe me anything (2 full grows) but I am planning on gifting my old complete set up to someone I know that's in need. and shit.... Spider Farmer never even got back to me....so my next grow will include my first HLG to supplement the Spider.... no contest this month due to...... well I gotta move. day22 video. now adding more pk booster than earlier weeks, should be done week 7-8 we will see day23 I start adding more pk, still will 4x more pk now. Some nice pics today, videos of each, frost on fan leafs, no issues other than pros: bridal frost on fan leafs+sugar, cons 6ft tall. I think I should have pumped more pk earlier into flower/pre Its cool. Adding 2tbsp soluble pk into 5gal vs quarter tbsp in beginning 22 days ago. I am feeding soluble pk, +3 pk soil conditioners and carbs every day. There is no water day. day 25 stacking up. been spraying old cs I made 3ish years ago to test, works on unrooted so I may potential cross. Bridal starting to smell like a mix between fresh watermelon, and lemon+lime or a citrus aroma.

I was still seeing strange things happen in the leaves but runoff pH was staying at around 6.5. One plant toppled over and started growing up from a bent stalk like an herb. I started looking for a new reflector so that I could mount my light horizontally instead of vertically to save space and ideally find a way to get the plants closer to the light without burning them. I started looking into MH bulbs as well as I figured at this point I clearly hadn't provided the light they needed. If I wanted them to thrive I needed to set them up properly for the last few weeks of veg. I transplanted this week into slightly bigger coco pots but in retrospect I feel I should have gone up to 3 gallon pots at this point.

DAY 28 : Hi all , hope your past week has been a positive one with lots of love and affection. I am at the point now where flowering should be starting to show throughout the plants usually. Their are many tiny white pistil hairs showing their female genetics across the bracts of them all now so it looks like flowering has begun !!!! The FC3000 has really given them plenty of light on their perfect spectrum to develop those nice fat fan leaves and now will no doubt take them through a great flowering period. It doesnt produce much heat at all and you can touch it for a while and still not feel too much heat. Ideal for stealthy gardens.. The Tip Spreading has been continued up to this point and it is clear to see how it works on keeping the heights down. By using additional l.s.t that wont slow growth down like the leaf tucking and threading the growing tips above the larger fan leaves that are still being used like solar factories producing copious amounts of food for the developing growth tips. The stems on the majority are nice and thick from the close stacking of the nodes and their is very little popcorn to remove from lower down. I will be keeping them all as open as I can now that we are going into the stretch periods pre flower. The potential is there now to create very chunky bud stacks but I think the Strawberry Pie have ideas of bursting out more . ! They are certainly all a lot more happy than the bonsai Mexican that has emerged in #1. Still very short and half the size ( or less!) than her sister in the next bed. She looks happy and healthy now but her initial shock at the soils make up had a negative impact very early on. Overall it has been a good week for their tip spreading l.s.t and setting them up for flowering and I hope that our next update will be the bud porn early stages. Be well and prosperous growmies

Hello Growmies, Just a quick update from my plant's world. I took her out of her usual spot today to give her a bit more space and a thorough inspection, particularly checking for any signs of mold. Happy to report, she's looking great – continuing to ripen and swell nicely. An exciting development: the first of her trichomes have started turning amber. This is a clear sign of her maturing beautifully. For her feeding regimen, I've switched to using only Canna Flush this week. Planning ahead, I will transition to RO water exclusively after this period. Her root ball is looking healthy and vigorous, which is always a good sign of her overall well-being.
