DAY 53 Had to take out of the room the Amnesia XXL hermaphrodite; cant take the risk of turning the rest into males too. DAY 54 FUUUCKKK!! The wind dropped a piece of heavy wood onto the plants!!! 1 of the Moby Dick was totally broken. Some branches of the neighbour plants were affected too. So that's 2 plants lost at the moment (the hermaphrodite and the broken one). Day 56 Two days after the tragedy. Had to reorganize the room to prevent similar accidents in the future 🖤😢 Saved the most I could but definately this stressing event will influence the plant’s development. Also, considering taking out the claw leaved plant, which has signs of hermaphroditism (FML again 😫). Hope these 7 make it till the end. PS: Also, there’s 1 Moby Dick which has no signs of flowering at day 56, cant figure out what’s happening with it. I’m starting to think that it’s an Regular Feminized seed instead of an autoflowering.

the week started with a novelty for me: the appearance of nematodes in my tanks... strange little worms, which gather in the water and move in little spasms (see video 👆) When I started growing, I bought a whole range of products against infestations, paranoid as I was (I'm sure others have experienced this 😅); Among other things, I bought NeemAzal, neem oil in emulsion. So I took a chance. I emptied my tanks, cleaned and dried the bottom, without much conviction as the worms must have been in the coco already. I made a new soup with my fertilizer, adding 20ml of neem per 10 litres. Well, I don't know if it was really the right product, but for the last 5 days there has been no trace of nematodes! The water seems soapy, the grease film is more important than without the neem, but if it takes the small sacrifice of a conscientious cleaning once a week, I'll gladly do it! In any case, my plants are doing absolutely no worse : the first one got its leaves back in 2 days, already forcing me to a small pruning 4 days later, now showing well several colas; I also defoliated the 2nd one for the first time, which produced leaves already bigger than my hand in 2 weeks of life! happy with this hydroponic experience so far 😊

I realized there may have been a bit of a light leak in the late morning. I taped everything up more. In the future I want to maintain better reflective integrity on the inside of the tent. Everything looks good. The buds are still growing a little taller and filling out. The CBD Blue Shark is super frosty. It's actually absurd. Orange hairs are coming out in all plants. I was hoping to be able to keep the exhaust window open overnight to let the overnight temps drop 10 degrees to encourage the purples in the WC genetics, but it's too humid now to have the window open without the grow light on. Otherwise the rh goes up to 70% overnight and it's not worth the risk. Next year I'll flip earlier when it's still colder and drier out for the harvest window. This flowering period has been really cool. I've really been noticing the process of flowering. The calyxes open up and turn into pistils and sugar leaves, and more keep appearing and popping every day. It's awesome.

Сломанная ветка таки прижилась, но еще пару дней не буду её беспокоить. В остальном всё ок, по плану ожидаю начало цветения, соответственно вношу корректировки в питание, показатели в норме. В этот цикл я решил включить в питание добавку Delta9, у меня уже есть положительный опыт использования этого стима. Вношу по следующей схеме: -минимум 4 раза, завист от продолжительности периода цветения -первая обработка ≈за 10 дней до начала цветения(через пару дней после включения режима 12/12) разбрызгиваю по листу 6мл. на л. -второй раз как только зацветет, под корень 5мл. на л. (вношу без базовых удобрений) -в третий раз через 10 дней снова обрабатываю по листу 6мл. на л. -и в заключение, еще через 10 дней, лью под корень 5мл. на л. Week 25 overall, corresponding to week 3 of flowering for the Pineapple Upside Down. Flowering has now clearly declared itself. Bud sites are visible everywhere, with consistent pom-pom formation across the canopy. Despite being at a relatively early stage of bloom, terpene expression is already strong. Upon opening the tent, a distinct pineapple aroma is noticeable, which is very encouraging for such an early phase. Vegetatively, the plant will not recover its original leaf coloration. This is accepted at this point. However, flower development appears to be on track, and the plant is allocating energy toward reproductive growth rather than foliage recovery. A light defoliation was performed, along with the removal of lower, non-productive flower sites. This cleanup aims to avoid wasting energy on underdeveloped buds and to focus resources on the upper canopy. A fresh flowering nutrient solution was prepared. PK has been introduced lightly, in accordance with the Athena feeding schedule for week 3 of flowering. Electrical conductivity is set around 2.1 EC, with a target pH close to 6.0 to ensure stable nutrient uptake. Light intensity will be increased progressively, with PPFD moving toward approximately 600 to support proper bud development and flower density. Although the foliage remains visually poor, flower formation, structure, and aroma remain the key indicators at this stage. Given the short flowering time of this cultivar (around 45 days), timing is critical, and the next weeks will be decisive. The focus going forward will be on stability, controlled feeding, and optimized light management to extract the best possible outcome from this cycle.

It’s the third week of flowering, and the plants are starting to show some exciting progress! 🌿 The buds have begun to build mass, and the first signs of trichome development are visible, giving them a light nice, frosty look. ✨ I did notice a few nutrient deficiencies on the leaves, likely due to underfeeding, as I’m using a medium with 50% coco. To fix this, I adjusted the nutrient levels, and the plants seem to be responding well. 🌱 The plant that wasn’t trained with LST is about a week ahead in development compared to the LST version, showing more advanced bud growth. Also, the smell is becoming more pronounced, with the first hints of that classic, sweet aroma filling the tent. 🍬🌿 I’m excited to see how things continue to unfold in the coming weeks! 😁✨

Filling out the trellis net. Looks like another 2-3 weeks until I flip the ladies. Using SST’s, LABS and natural inputs for this grow. I have made some mistakes in the past using Organics, but have figured out HOW to use them for an entire grow. The vegetative state, I have never had a problem with. The transition into the first 3 weeks is when I have had the most issues. After a little research and testing, I finally have a basic blue print of how to feed plants in flower for 10-12 weeks now or shorter. Mark Bowell from Perfect Gardens on YouTube and Mr Canucks Grow from Canada are my largest information inputs. Final Thank you to Mr McGooz for keeping me in the know. 10-11: yes, some of the stalks are turning purple. This is not due to phosphorus, magnesium, or any deficiency. It is due to the light being too intense for the plants. I am at the max distance and running the light at 30% ( it’s a 600 watt 🤣🤣). Soooo yeah, that purple is going to stay for a bit. Purple with other leaf discoloration or senescence IS a problem, purple stems with NO leaf issues isn’t serious issue. Cant it be fixed? We are going to find out….Photosynthesis Plus will be on hand in the next 5-6 days. This permits the plant to USE more of the photons ( yes, I have carbon in my media). This should minimize the purple and allow me to UP THE WATTS 🗣️🗣️ 10-14: spoke to my “guide” and we made the decision to go ahead and flower these ladies. We saw how much stretch there is to be had and realized we are currently filling the trellis by 75%. We are estimating the entire 4x4 area to be completely filled. I defoliated and pruned the smaller sites off the lower areas of the plant. Not quite lollipopping, just selectivity choosing sites to keep and bones that will get in the way. For transition I am using a ratio of 1:1:1 on NPK’s to ease the flip. The ppm’s will be between 750-800. Once we reach early flower, we switch the NPK’s to 1:3:2 ( flower girl by Dr Earth OR Fish bone meal and langbenite). I switch each feeding between the two for 5-6 weeks. At week 7 we switch to 0:3:3 ( seabird guano and Langbeinite) at 500 ppm’s. Week 8 the same feed. Week 9 kelpseaweed/water Only ( these are 10 week cultivars). Thank you for taking the time to read. 10-16 😍😍😍 Plants are starting to show deficiencies!!! Yes, normally one freaks out 😂😂😂 The slight deficiency is a sign that I can go ahead and start: The Flowering Cycle. When using Organics, you have to use your eyes because nothing is specific. Meaning: you have to see when the amendments are running out to A: Top Dress B. Make compost teas. We are going the compost tea route for flower. I made a video showing exactly what I use. The ratio is 5-5-5 ( yes earlier we were going to use 2-2-2, but we found out there is no calcium or magnesium in the all purpose mix by Dr Earth…another reason to learn to read your plants).

I am not on facebook instagram twitter etc All accounts except this one are fake. Harvest day 71 since the time change to 12/12 hrs. Hey guys :-) Finally the time has come . The lady was harvested. After the trichomes have been checked (70% milky 30% amber) as always, it was left in complete darkness for 48 hours before it was neatly trimmed by hand. After trimming, she was put back in the drying tent on nets. There they are allowed to dry for the next 8-12 days at 62% humidity before they are put into the jar to ferment with 62% boveda packs. After about 4-6 weeks in the jar I will swap the 62% boveda pack for a 58% boveda pack where it can be ready for another 4-6 weeks to enjoy :-). As always, the remains of the leaves are used to make Ice o Lator and oil. Of course, as always, there is a final update during the fermentation process. Day 58, 7th of November 2020: The 6th day since the lamp switched to be 12/12. I raised up the nutrition intake as it can be seen above only the BioBizz family 2ml/l and removed some LST because the plants remain in shape or just set a bit but nothing significant.... They look good and strech is on the way..... These Original Sensible ones are having really nice smell :) Nothing really to report there is crazy 2-3 weeks from now ;)

Welcome to the 2018/19 indoor grow season!!! I am totally psyched to be growing Blackberry from FastBuds as one of the first strains this season. I was fortunate enough to have won 7th place for my Tangie'matic diary and won seeds from FastBuds. When searching the FastBuds website for a strain to choose I was looking for something purple and fruity. I think I found the answer here in BlackBerry. One of the seeds was started a couple of days ahead of the other. The first seedling is looking pretty good, the second not as much, but I'm confident it will grow out of its funk. I am seeing some signs of burn, I guess the soil must be too hot. I started to try to flush through with straight ph'ed water, but then I started seeing signs of overwatering (rookie mistake, I know). Now I'm just trying to keep a little water on the bottom tray so it generates some humidity in the dome. There's also a heat mat under the tray I have the heat mat on a timer also, 30 min on/30 min off cycling all day. It seemed to get too hot on 24/7. I'll be transplanting and moving to my 2'x4' tent in about a week. They will live there during veg, then I'll be moving to a 4'x8' tent (not purchased yet) for flower. I'm also planning on adding some COB LED's in the flower tent. Then I'll dedicate my 2x4 tent to mothers, clones and seedlings. Its going to be a little different this season with both photo period and autoflowering strains going at the same time. But I'm looking forward to it! 👍 Stay tuned...

Great grow, dealt with some pests that took a few plants from me . But overall my best grow quality so far and I’m very happy with the grow!

Nuestras crazy cookies de zambezaseeds visualmente están espléndidas, tienen un verde sano que me gusta, y principalmente no es difícil de cultivar tampoco, hay que tener algo de cuidado con la altura y pasarlas pronto a floración. Por lo general tienen un buen comportamiento en indoor , así que veremos estas semanas el crecimiento y la formación de las flores.
