I just added weeks 5 and 6 into one week because I didn't really have time to post last week. There seems to be a problem with my plants that I can't quite figure out. The only commonality that I changed with both plants since the last grow is the microbe Inoculant that I bought from NPK. The Black Afghan that I harvested back in November didn't have these microbes added to the soil and it grew into a monster. I am beginning to wonder if these microbes are stealing food from my plant. Even though these microbes are sold as "flowering" microbes. I'm beginning to think they are starving my plants. Also, I am technically 7 weeks from the flip to 12/12. So I may just be at the end of the flower period for these plants. I checked the Tricomes and they are mostly cloudy with about 5-10% amber. Normally at this point I would be cutting out the nutrients and letting her consume her leaves. However, she has already started to so that and now I don't know what to do. I just don't know. So... lesson learned. Stick to the basic nutes and stop trying to make this job harder than it needs to be. KISS

She looks super heath and happy, I Supercroped her to get much more light penetracion and avoid a high height because I don't want her to be seen from the street,looks like a big green spider. Grandaddy Purple is also ready for flower, shape came along perfect thanks to the defoliation of fan leaves, now the lowers caught up and we are ready to produce some nice flowers. Super healthy plant, excited to see what she will produce !

6/24 this may be the last week. The screen recordings are of both plants (purple octane and rs11) they're both close. I also went back and did some math and the last week of veg, should've been first week of flower. I may let her go for 10 weeks. We will see how she looks throughout this week(trichs) 6/25 looking super close. All cloudy besides maybe 10% 6/29 will get in there with a microscope again. just waiting on her to ripen. can't tell if she's done, or at rhat point where she looks so good that she's done but then that last week the plant explodes. well see and yall will definitely hear about it.

My pictures seem to have re organized themselves, just give me a few here and I'll get the full rundown . So this week ( day 21-23) was MAJOR defoliating. What my first step is to start taking the largest fan leaves . My next step is about halfway through the canopy I'll stop and then I'll start working on the very bottom of the plant now at this stage in the game anything that doesn't even have a nice Bud site so a nice white hair sticking bud at the very bottom like shoots I'll just cut them right off. This is the first steps of a main line but I don't complete the actual full main line I probably will try it sometime soon just not this time. So you take off anything that is a small shoot coming off the main stems and then your next step is . STOP. It might be a minute it might be 10 minutes, 20 min , it might be an hour or more ( my tip is don't wait a full day I try and do it within the first 12 hours of starting it) but I always stop just to look at what I've done sometimes if you get going too quickly you can end up doing way too much. Stand to talk to canopy and look what sites are getting hit by light what places are these families beneficial to use for photosynthesis. Anything that is not doing as much good will be taken off and at that point I'll probably do another you know 5-10 minutes of defoliation maybe take one or two more shoots at the bottom to ensure what's left there is a huge fat cola that's going to give you those huge buds . After this you're going to want to do your best to support those stems that are going to hold a lot more weight as if the plant would have been with all the shoots so you're going to want to just make sure that you have staking in place or some sort of support system to keep them from flopping over a breaking them in the future because that's one thing yeah it's great but then it'll get to a point where oh no stuff falling over and then it's just more hassle than it is helpful. Another week past and the plants seemed to have finished their stretch. It seems that the plant one the right has the purple phenotype genetics and the one on the left is lacking the, xD. It i wasn't so obvious at first but now i can really tell. I only hope that they fatten up nicely as they come to the end of their life cycle and i get a massive yield xD. All the best guys. She only grew 8cm this week. The stretch is slowing down a lot now. She's doing well. Nothing else to the report as I'm just letting her do her own thing. Still loving her Sativa-like leaves!! 😍 They are as thin as a blade! For nutrients I'm using 15g of 20-20-20 powder mixed with 10L of water. Also added 4ml/L of both Cannazym and Terpinator. This brings it to around 1600ppm including ~300ppm for my clean water. 49 days!!! it looks really cool, its flowers are starting to bloom a little, you can already see the "sugar leaves" :) this week was quite rainy, but there were 3 days that were really cool, it only got as much sun as possible on my balcony :) 6.3 ph water, with biobizz gave it what it wants :) good luck to everyone :).
