This diary will be special to me for two reasons, one because I have the opportunity to cultivate some new and exciting strains from two of the TOP breeders in the industry! The second reason this will be special to me is that I will be growing these two strains in a brand new greenhouse that I put up! I'm super stoked to see how these two ladies turn out in this new setup. On to the strains: 'Tester' Strain A info: Hybrid (I/S) | 6-7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Sweet, Candy 'Tester' Strain B info: Indica-Dominant (90%) | 7 weeks flowering | Fruity, Peppery, Sweet I hope that you enjoy this run as much as I will... It's going to be fun and interesting for sure! ~GROW WHAT YOU LOVE, LOVE WHAT YOU GROW!~ ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ The Setup: These beauties will be growing in a brand spanking new 10x14' greenhouse that I have equipped with automatic window openers, a complement of Hurricane fans and a de-humidifier/heater to help keep the environment as dialed in as possible. I started both tester in glasses of tap water, where they soaked for 24hrs. After soaking, they were placed directly into whole eggshells with just their tops removed to make a natural seed starting pot that I filled with a 70/30 blend of Coco/Perlite which was pre-moistened with well water ph'd to 6.2, then placed under a 50w full spectrum LED on a 24hr light schedule. Once, they both have their second set of leaves emerged, I plan on starting to put them in the greenhouse for 2-3 hour a day for a few days to help them acclimate and 'harden off' in the greenhouse. I'll be starting both off in 1qt pots, then transplanting them into to gradually larger pots until they're around 6 weeks old, then they will go into their final pots which are 25g fabric pots. I mix my initial medium using 3 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics 4-4-4 along with 1 tbsp/g of Gaia Green Organics Glacial Rock Dust for the trace minerals it provides, 1 tbsp/g of Down To Earth Kelp Meal, 1 tbsp/g of Trichoderma/Mycorrhizae, and 1 cup/g of Wiggle Worm Castings. I hand mix my amendments to ensure an even distribution throughout the medium. I'll be watering with well water ph'd to 6.2-6.8 and providing bi-weekly compost tea's throughout the run. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Weekly Updates: 5/16- Week Five is here and I couldn't be happier with how both of the Testers from Dutch Passion/SSSC are doing! Both are continuing to have excellent vigor and are 'praying' hard every day... VERY happy ladies! 5/18- Today, I watered both Testers with 1.5g of straight well water which was ph'd to 6.2 @ 70℉. I also removed some new shoots growing down low on both plants to help redirect energy towards the upper portions. 5/20- Yesterday and today were cool and rainy, so all I really did was to spend some quality time with the ladies, giving them both a good looking over to catch any issues well before they get out of hand. Both looked fantastic! 5/22- Yesterday, both Testers were watered with 2g of well water with 3 tbsp/g of Worm Tea concentrate, which was ph'd to 6.4 @ 72℉. I have also started to do some HST on both, twisting and bending branches to allow light to reach down into their canopies. Well fam, Week Six of veg is on the books for these two gorgeous girls from Dutch Passion/Super Sativa Seed Club and I am absolutely impressed with how well both are doing despite the rather warm temp's right now... Day 99 Flower 37 Remaining 32-37 days PINEAPPLE SURPRISE😵😵 well not really, I've been kind of waiting lol it definitely reeeeks in the tent now and shows just how good this carbon filter is working! The smell is very unique to any other cannabis i've smelt although I'm curious to find out what it will smell like after proper curing. I hope it tastes as good as it smells too. The resin is just incredible, I cut a couple nodes that were really struggling and even with moderate resin and crystals compared to other colas they made my fingers incredibly sticky, i get the whole gorilla glue thing a little better now. I cant believe how you can see the trichs so clearly with the naked eye and the bulbs look huge. pocket scope arriving today, interested in seeing the trichs under scope. I've done a little defoil here and there to keep good air flow and light pen. Again when doing this my fingers soooo sticky, normal to most of you i'm sure but new to me! No real issues. I noticed some more tips discolored so I dialed back the nutes a little to about 1700, I'll keep around there for now. I dont expect the plants to grow much taller if at all but hopfully these buds keep plumping up. The fattest few buds are HUGE but even just the average size is really starting to swell. Do the buds keep swelling for a couple more weeks? hope so lol If anyone has their own tips for harvest and curing they wanna add in comments I'm all ears. Some great advice down there already, amazing mates! Something I have started considering is what strain to put outside in a couple months, auto or photo, probably both and compare them. Have a couple ideas I wanna try out, have a little fun, 4 plants going outside end of may. Thinking I will start vegging new plants right after and hopfully get the plants about a month old before I send them outside into the wild. But thats a different discussion all together then this lol Hopfully its smooth sailing the next few weeks here. I'm ok with this routine for a little. I'm at a cross roads with my excitement as I cant wait for harvest but right now they keep plumping and swelling so much I dont want them to stop lol also I dont think there is anything more peaceful and calming then getting just stoned AF and and staring at these beautiful ladies. Week 6 flowering for the gorilla cookies from fastbuds 420! At the moment the buds are getting bigger and getting more and more thc, i dont think that a lot of time is left so we gave some extra food this werk and we will stop soon feeding to start with the flush and give only water the last week. This week we gave amino, sugar shot, sticky fingers, bloom booster, enzymes, silica and some more master roots

Filling in nicely from last trimming. End of week 1 on flower. Probably as bush like I am going to get this one. Completely satisfied with results so far. Pretty easy grower.

I had to decrease the light intensity as the tent was cooking my ladies. Some leaves are burned but she is growing frosty small buds.

(wednesday, start week 8) plants both start flowering, the water in the Dwc has only 400 ppm. this plant drinks a lot instead of feeding later on this week: changed water to 650ppm (friday) soil plant looks like its over or underwatered. i used 1/3 perlite and water once a week 1 liter. the pot weighs normal.. maybe i should keep watering everyday half a liter ? the video and pictures of these problems are added to this week, my PH meter was broke causing me to give the wrong Ph for a while.. i now use the liquid ph test kit from GHE, she starts to look better now. ill be happy to finish this i dont like all the leaves on this strain

They are taller than me now... I think they stretched. I am insanely excited to see these ladies go to flowering. The veg stage is completely out of control! You can see that I've added a soak hose to the garden to later the roots over night. I want to make sure the roots receive total saturation to bring nutes all the way down to the deep roots.
