We are officially in flower mode, folks! Switched to 12/12 for my photoperiod (the OG Glue), while the autos have already started pre flowering the week before. Got the scrog net set up to manage the incoming stretch, and plan to defoliate a bit the next week. Wasn't able to get a good picture for this week as I was out of town, so used a timelapse video instead.

Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grow. First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. Week 7 Flower- Day 51 flw / Day 107 of cycle Lemon tree looks stunning and it’s 🤩🤩🤩 She is nearly my size in height and have nice dense buds that the branches can barely hold. One of the most beautiful plants I have ever grown and it has a big potential to be my most yielding plant ever. I can wait to harvest, cure and smoke her 💚 Looking at the trichomes I believe it will go at least 10 more days. I will watch her closely.

November 16, day 28, Scrog and irrigation installed. With the net installed it's a little tricky (though possible) to hand water, so automatic watering is a nice quality of life improvement. Growth is very tight, maybe a little better suited to sog techniques. Smell is powerful for it's young age. Earliest signs of flowering have begun. Fo' Twenny Back with another update on our "Grandaddy Purple" from Blimburn Seeds! 8/24: I did some selective defoliation to help increase light penetration. Next watering will be a flush with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm's flush agent SledgeHammer. A flush is recommended after week 3 in the Fox Farm Feeding chart. I figure the recommended flush will do some good considering I have a lot of coco in the mix and there are small amounts of salt fertilizer in my schedule. She is really starting to do some stretching and she has an abundance of growing shoots. She has a few leaves that look textured or "crinkled". I tried doing some searches and not sure if this is due to a virus or some other factor. She is center in the tent and the only plant being grown in a fabric pot. She has also been vegging longer than any of the other plants in the garden. She was a survivor from previous run when I almost killed all my plants (did kill one) trying to kill so spider mites. This is the only plant presenting these abnormalities. I gave a lot of detail about the abnormal leaves because I am hoping someone may be able to help me troubleshoot. 8/28: Flushed the medium with tap H2O run through 2 KDF filters with 2 tsp/gal of Fox Farm Sledgehammer flushing agent and pH adjusted to 6.2. I started by giving 5 gallons. After checking the PPM of the runoff I ended up adding 5 more gallons mixed to same specifications. 10 gallons total was shared by 3 large flowering photoperiod cultivars and 1 smaller autoflower. She probably ended up with about 3 gallons give or take. I didn't measure how much each plant received. I just kept flushing each and checking runoff until it was under 1600 ppm. Week 5 of Vegetation It was really a great week⬆️🌱. The Gelato has really stretched out... 16 cm in a week. I’ve already tied the lower shoots back a bit so they’ll get more sun during the flowering phase. I’ve noticed a slight discoloration on the tips of the leaves… maybe I watered it a little too much. 🌊 Still, it was a great week… and I hope it transitions into the flowering phase soon. 🌸?

11/26/23 - Day 19 - Today was water change day. By time I got around to looking at the plant I realized that a water change had already taken place. How amazing is that. I had to do nothing. I just wake up everyday to a plant much bigger than the day before. Its too easy! 11/28/23 - Day 21 - Today she is much bushier. It seems like shes is growing a whole leaf node out every 24 hrs. Really impressed with the color and size of this thing. I'm learning to expect great things from this Leaf growing experience. 11/30/23 - Day 23 - She keeps geeting bushier, maybe she has grown by about 2" since the start of the water change. Her color is the same all over, that dark but vibrant green. Because this is my first time growing an Auto in this box I'm wondering when I should top her. The branches are so close together. The last strain I grew had tons of room. This thing is growing like a bush. 12/1/23 - Day 24 - I did the first topping today. I took a video but its not uploading. Ill need to move it from my phone and upload from the computer.
