Finally received a couple of humidifiers to test from the local shop. These shitty low cost humidifiers will not really do, I can only have them on non stop until the water runs out. If I connect them to a sensor that switches them off, it won't go back on because it doesn't have a mechanical switch, I have to press on each time. Still, let's see if this helps my poor dry leafs a little bit

Cloning/topping time! All the plants are looking excellent. One SNJ stands out as being super short, bushy and dense, despite its very sativa roots. Looking forward to crossing that with one of the regs in the tent, either a Hindu Kush (for a heavy indica to balance it out), the Thai/PBB from Trident seeds, or perhaps even one of the Enfield Green Streets! Both plants have almost stopped growing in heigth now and are in full flowering mode now. Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) Plant #1 is 15 cm shorter than plant #2, but a little bushier. Both have grown very well and are strong and healthy. They get more and more flower clusters now and start to fill up all branches. Trichomes start to appear all over...the plants start to get sticky and develop a weak sweet aroma now. Its time to take off the biggest fan leaves now for defoliation, I took a round of pics before and after.

Everything runs smooth, the girl seems in good condition and fattening nicely. The bright2.32 Mars Hydro TS 1000 is kept at 33 cm from the top of my plants is is running on full power. TS 1000 gives a full spectrum of light to the plants and you can see that...the leaves are lush green and develop without any hindrance, Mars Hydro did a very good job producing this lamp. I got my work cut out for me trimming wise! Boy these are some big bushes!

Day 29 of vegetation: raise the humidity to 60% trichomes on the leaves can be seen with the naked eye. I have never seen trichomes appear on vegetation before Day 31 of vegetation: remove 10 large leaves and made an LST. Now literally ALL the lower leaves receive 100% of the light After 35 days of vegetation, the plant looks like it ready to start flowering. Watering volume week 5: Day 29-35 - 400 ml per day

They were very similar looking plants in early growth, but one of them stretched about 10 inches more than the other. It only weighed a few more grams despite the extra height. They require no special attention at all and produced fairly well, though I'd have liked a bigger yield. The buds are dense and smell amazing.
