Little defoliation yesterday 😎✌️☮️ Power of the Light +75%💡

26.12.24: I have noticed light stress on my plants. I had moved the lights further away and increased the light intensity to 70%. Unfortunately that created some issues. Namely severe palour of the leaves. To try and rectify the situation, I've dimmed the lights to about 30%, staying at the same distance, about 30 inches away. I measured the par levels, after I did this. They should a reading of anywhere between 40 and 150, at the canopy of the plants. They are all different sizes. This seems to have improved the colouring on all plants. After this evenings watering, I will monitor recovery and increase lighting intensity again slowly. I am also using the light cycle of 21/3, so the plants have many hours more light to absorb, than for example 12/12 or 18/6. I am pleased with the progress, considering all of my mistakes! 29.12.24: So I finally gave LST a shot, it's probably a bit too late, however I really want to get the most of the triploid pheno, and I went a little crazy and LST'd all plants except 2, as they're too small. I did that late last night, this afternoon I was amazed to see the plants turn their leaves back to the light source. I'm glad I overcame my fear of trying it. Verslag derde week bloei – Purple Punch De derde week van de bloeifase bij Purple Punch is een cruciale periode waarin de planten een aanzienlijke ontwikkeling doormaken. Hieronder vind je een overzicht van wat je kan verwachten 1. Plantengroei Bloemvorming: De eerste tekenen van echte toppen worden zichtbaar. Blijf stikstof in balans houden; te veel kan de bloei vertragen. pH-waarden: Houd de pH van het voedingswater rond de 6.0 voor optimale opname. Watergift: Regelmatig water geven, maar voorkom overbewatering. 3. Licht en temperatuur Lichtcyclus: Houd de cyclus op 12/12 uur. Controleer dat er geen lichtlekken zijn tijdens de donkere periode. Temperatuur en luchtvochtigheid: Dag: 22-26°C. Nacht: 18-21°C. Luchtvochtigheid: 40-50%. Een te hoge luchtvochtigheid kan schimmelvorming veroorzaken. 4. Controle en monitoring Trichomen: Begin de ontwikkeling van trichomen te monitoren. De toppen zullen meer glinsteren naarmate ze rijpen. Plagen en schimmels: Inspecteer de planten regelmatig op tekenen van plagen, zoals spintmijten of meeldauw. Luchtcirculatie: Zorg voor goede ventilatie om hotspots te vermijden. Weather wise this week was great up until the weekend. Rain, rain and more fecking rain which will cause my nemesis the slugs to appear again like a thief in the night.. The smell at the moment is very pungent, very much like the stink from a zoo! Weird but sure is strong. I have just added some bat shit into the feed along with a table spoon of molasses to give her sugar boost. I can wait for this lady to finish she is looking real nice if I do say so my self. Lol.

Starting to flush on Day 70 then gonna chop ‘em down in a week or two, looking great so far and smells amazing when u open the tent, real frosty and dense some nice indica buds. Their starting to get a purple hue on the flower and also the leaves are going a nice purple/yellow I’ll update soon. ✌️🏻👌🏻 01/10/18 - it’s day 75 and all is good did some late night Defol and their looking beautiful and stunk out my flat (hence it was a nighttime job)

2024/04/19 : with second flowering week comes 1L PK Booster solution @10mL/L and that's all! From now, I won't bother measuring temperature, pH or EC solution as it's useless with autopot. Just don't forget water in the tank...😅 Blueberry is stretching : height is now 30 cm. 2024/04/22 : forgot to reset led to DLI 28~35, plant is splendid. Tried to make a quick vid.

Getting bigger every week almost got the 4 x 8 full.

Pheew, 2 different results going on, very interesting to see very different results. The sickly yellow plant(centre) looks sick i am assuming many factors are involved. I have listed out the potential error which caused the plant to yellow much faster compare to the other healthy purple punch. Here is my ADHD mind self figuring out😄. 1) Light stretch during seedling-2weeks. Energy to form strong branches, i guessed this because this plant released trichomes before the other. Way too fast. 2) PH pen- Time to change to a new one, PH fluctuations could also be another reason. 3) Top dressed bat guano too much- they are highly soluble i read, so the plant yellowed and burnt off crispy. The other purple punch is looking solid with so many white pistils coming out. This plant did not yellow as fast as the other( centre plant). I will be targetting to harvest in 5 weeks time maybe more depending on the trichomes. Cant wait to see this fully organic grow.

Topped for the third time this week. They are really coming on well now. No problems everything is stable and looking good. 3 weeks till flower!!

Hey friends, end of week 13 from seed. A big incident happened this week, I had 3 clones growing in the same tent. I had placed them on some cardboard boxes so they could be closer to the light. Woke up one morning and saw all 3 plants on the floor, pots fell on plant #1 and destroyed 2 stems on the bottom, they had some small buds formed already. I chopped the 2 stems and hanged them up for drying, I left all the leaves on, did no trimming. After 3 days, buds were dry, smelled like plant and bud combined, not too pleasant. I couldn't resist to try it out, so I crushed some on my vape. It kicked in as a sativa, eyes got weak, head high, it slowly starts to give you a appetite and after 40 mins, you want to sleep, overall it felt like a sativa - Hybrid. The taste at the beginning was not very pleasant I guess because these buds were not ready for harvest yet and I did not flush them. Will need to do more research on harvesting / drying and curing. 1- how dry to should the buds be before curing? 2- is it better to trim leaves before or after drying for a better taste? Noticed some amber on trichomes Will begin to flush in week 14 Smell is stronger Leaves are slowly fading to a different color Will keep you guys posted!
