It was finally time to harvest her, what good times we had with her. Amazed with how beautiful this plant is, how easy to manage and train and how rewarding Orange Hill Special is. So we said our thanks and goodbye, thanked her for all the joy she gave while growing her. I realize more and more how I love growing them even more than the end-product. It takes my mind of all going on for a while, in my miniature jungle world in the attic. Im sure all of you just sometimes sit there and watch them, in wonder, dreaming away with a good buzz on, watching them wave in the wind of the fans. So with a heavy hart I apologize, play them their last music, sit with them and feel them and smell them, watch the glistening of the cristals. In the end we had 209 gram dried Orange Hill Special, I will know the total of the grow, in a few days, since the final big whopper still has to dry: my XtraKush, be sure to check the harvest of that one *in couple of days) and see a one-dollar seed outperform two 10 dollar seeds. This was the week I decided to take a look at my trichomes with about 2-3 weeks left why not see what’s in store for me. And what I saw was some pretty milky stuff with surprisingly some amber to me that just means I’m going to get some good thc levels I’m shooting for at least 22-25% thc wish me luck we are almost there final stretch

23.05. today is the end of the fourth week for the plants, they haven't progressed much since last week, they grew a few cm and gained a little weight, but they are healthy, which is the most important thing... in a few days I will transplant them and top them because some of them have already developed the sixth pair of leaves, so I simply have to top them. turned out... I thought of transplanting them into 10-liter pots and after two to three weeks into 50-liter holes, however, the weather didn't cooperate, and I was already late anyway because of the bad weather, and because of the same, my plants in the fourth week were the same as they should have been in the second, and because of the same, I couldn't even transplant earlier... now that nothing went according to the "plan", of course, I don't know how smart it is to transplant them into 10 L and then into 50 with the fact that it is with me the longest day of the year is June 22, so that actually a week after that it can start flowering (it usually starts at the end of July or at the end of August, but it can be late and start even in September, and it also knows how to plow and start already at the end of June)...now I think that it is better to buy smart pots of 50-60 liters and immediately transplant into them and then just bury them...another problem with that is that the soil that I took for vegetation has food in it for a month days, if I transplant twice, it may happen that it enters flowering, and the food for the vegetation has not yet been used up, and that would be a problem...advices are welcome Stay high!!!

24/3 Harvested as soon as i saw a few amber thrichs here and there. I dont like too much cbn. I learned i need to defoliate more next run, the bottom buds seem kind off airy because of lack of light penetration. I used to grow with stronger HPS lights before and now getting into the LED game. A little switch for me but ill get the hang of it. I dont have a hanging scale, ill put the dry weight here on my next post in a couple weeks. 1/4 shes dry and started to trim. Gotta clean the scissors every bud 😄 onto trim jail and curing. Will test a popcorn bud tonight 2/4 everything is trimmed and in grove bags. Froze the trim overnight and the popcorn buds and made dry sift hash this morning.

These girls are doing amazing. Top dressed a little late so they got a little hungry. Other than that doing awesome. Pollinated and producing seeds as planned. I can't wait to grow all these crosses out.

Theres so much frost on the flowers that they dont look purple because the camera flash on the trichomes reflect

I am starting to train my automatics a little bit. The Photos are growing very well and are stretching quite a bit. Every day or two I have to rearrange the LST sticks to spread the canopy even more. Next Week im going on vacation for 2 weeks so im topping one of the automatics as it will be going in to flower soon anyways. This is an experiment on whether I can delay flower by doing that or if it just stuns its growth. One of the clones was also topped but as it hast alternating nodes it doesnt have the same effect as for plants grown by seeds. Still curious whether it has any positive affects on plants growth structure. For the next two weeks I will just let the plants grow and train and defoliate once I am back from vacation.

Week 0: Germinated her the old-school way...two paper towels, between 2 saucers.. Fastbuds: I was so impressed with the packaging ..even though I was not able to get the original packaging (Discreet).. Week 1: just sprinkled H20 on her.. Midweek she sprouted. Week 2: Added some AgriSil K50 for her root development..She showed her first true leafs like yesterday..

the weather in my part of germany is really bad for this summer at the moment. it's raining too much. i've put them in a dry place to prevent mould from forming. maybe they're not getting as much fertiliser. they'll get one more week and then they'll be harvested.

Welcome to week 10! First Time checking trichomes this week but were still far off (~3-4 weeks+). Deficencies are officially under control, theyre not getting any worse by now. Ramped up nutes, next watering will also be 4ml/l of bloom instead of 3. They really started to swell and build mass by now. Despite all the issues in the beginning, im happy with how they look now and i learnt a lot. well, i say lot, mainly just "dont overwater" lol. Didnt defoliate, just watering and checking on them. They smell really good and kinda strong, not overwhelming yet but im 1 inch away from giving them the "strong" here on growdiaries. Timelapse again at the end of the week.
