finishing week 3 of stretch. Plants started to look pale, unclear if it was leaving the rez on too much vs. just hungry for higher EC.
Towards end of week pulled them out of the trays and put drip trays in to give them a top-feed with generous runoff + some recharge. Pics of that are more in next week's photos.
Results are starting to come in now, going to be Cake all the way to the end. Time to grab your popcorn and stay tuned in 🤡🎪
Short Phenos is Pure Michigan lean, obvious now with the purple starting to form from bud sites. Tall girl is Sugar Cane Pheno what a stake, huh!?
GHL out 🚀
Put on alot of size, I think they are coming to the end of the stretch now, loads and loads of bud sites and both look so healthy, roll on next week 😀 👌
hi I've start to look at the tricome everyday with a x60-x120 microscope. i stoped to use nutriments on day 103. I think Harveste will be in a week or maybe 10 days.
starting week 4 of flowering . day 21 of flower . all is good she is starting to fatten up .. had some trouble with her , leafs started to turn yellow very fast but i kinda fixed it i gave her more N and more nutrients overall
I probably won't grow this strain again, just due to the growing difficulties, short lifespan, and low yield, although the bud is definitely quality. I learned a lot as this was my first grow, and the next I'm hoping for better yield quantities.
🤗 Hi fellow growers. We are back here to harvest the Northern Lights Auto from Seedsman. She took 11 weeks to finish flower and a total of 15 weeks from seed to harvest.
🌱Growing her was a little tricky as she was finicky at the beginning of flower. She wasn't the fastest auto but she put on some tall colas with some fair amount of resin smelling of sour stone fruit such as a plum.
Chopped her down then dryed for 14 days in a environment controlled room. Then began the trimming process. After a nice manicure the plum smelling buds were then placed in a jar to set cure for 30 days.
There was quite a bit of larf nugs on the bottom skirts that I should have trimmed off during the flowering cycle but sometimes I like keeping them to press into some rosin before my nugs are cured. I find that pressing the flowers with in the first week of the curing process produces the best quality flower rosin
In the end I'm left with a gram and a half of some beautiful Northern Lights flower rosin that tastes and smells like a sour plum and packs a big punch. About a 10% return so not the greatest yield but it sure is some high quality rosin. Keep it mind it was the larf flower and I press at 180°F to preserve as much flavor as I can. I'm after quality and have been achieving that.
Effects - Relaxing, calming, Happy
Yield - 68 g nice nuggets
14 g of larf that went to rosin
Smell - Sour plum Forrest
Taste - Skunky plums
Aloha Freunde der Sonne 😊
Obwohl die Mädels immer noch kein Dünger bekommen haben, geht es Ihnen so gut wie noch nie. Sie fühlen sich mehr als wohl bei mir.
Viel Spaß🙏
D78/F34 - 17/06/23 - I changed light schedule hoping she's going better. (6 only red ligh and 7 red-white)
D79/F35 - 18/06/23 - New lights schedule is running
D80/F36 - 19/06/23 - Added water and integrators EC 1.0 and pH 6.4
D81/F37 - 20/06/23 - Nothing to report
D82/F38 - 21/06/23 - Added water and nutes EC 1.0 and pH 5.7
D83/F39 - 22/06/23 - Temp is too high for both water and environment. I see signals of suffering on the flowers (foxtailing)
D84/F40 - 23/06/23 - I'm trying to keep the Tremp under control but isn't easy. To lowering water temp (that now is about 26 °C) I'm adding some ice to the water
05/08/2025 - GORILLA MICROBES 1ML/L + ALGAFISH 2ML/L + LMX 1 ML/L + CALCIO/BORO MICRONIZADO 1ML/L
Obs: Unfortunately, I had to completely prune the sunflower :(
All healthy and vigorous plants, respecting the size of the pot they are in
PPFD avg 600
Avg temp 22ºC

Teilweise sehr hellgrüne Blätter.. vllt möchte Sie mehr Dünger? Gerne mal kommentieren, was ihr denkt.
Sonst kann ich mich eigentlich nicht beschweren.

What up grow fam. Sorry for the late weekly update but was having some technical difficulties. This week has been eventful to say the least. My heater went out letting my Temps drop to high 40'f for a night or two and wow did the plants tell me they're angry. Definitely starting to bounce back but just goes to show the reselants of Fastbuds genetics. I lollipoped and did one more defoliation this week so hopefully flower stage will be smooth sailing. All in all Happy Growing
