I said it last week but I mean it this week. Patience is a virtue. Haha. This will be last week before I harvest her. I told her as I gave her a good deep final flush that this was her last drink. Once she has dried out from this watering I will say good bye and chop chop her down. She smells wonderfully like lemon and pine tree. (The pink kush cbd skunk smell in the greenhouse is mixing in now and not as wonderful) I’m proud of this grow. I was nervous and unsure how much I would yield from a first “Easy grow” plant but she challenged me a bit. Now we are nearing her end and I’m excited to weigh her.

I thought the ladies would have another 2-3 weeks left in veg, but started to notice pistils forming within the last couple of days. So flower will most likely start to begin within the next week, I’m guessing I may see a couple oz per plant come harvest day. Not bad for first time grow & using autos, from what I’ve heard a lot of people do not recommend learning with autos due to how quickly their state can change depending on what you do with them. There are some things I wish now I would have done a bit different within the last couple of weeks, I can’t help but wonder how much bigger they’d be if I did not do any defoliation at all. But I have been combating flies bad and made the call to defoliate mainly for that reason. Started to cut back on veg foods and introduce flower foods and sugars to their diet. Humidity levels still at a steady decrease, aiming to have humidity down in the 30s come flower time. Will be going on vacation for a week soon, so fingers crossed that nothing goes wrong. Will be having a good friend of mine come by every couple of days to FaceTime me and make sure everything is handled as well as possible when the time comes.

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. Big tops! She's got a lot of rocket colas thanks to the training techniques that were applied, she smells exactly like her sisters, very sweet and floral, I'm starting to feel the cherry 🍒 notes on the smell of the buds, very good strain to grow, only 2 of the 5 phenos are 100% percent purple but tje other ones show purple on the leafs like this one because of the cold temperatures

I have a huge smile on my face because I’m getting closer and closer each day to smoking my own cannabis. Never buying weed again. Still on one tent but by this time next year the plan is to have a veg room and a flower room. Anyways. This past week has been great for the plants. Taking water nicely. All plants flowering nicely from what I can tell. Nothing looks odd. No insect or bacteria issues. Knock on weed... hope I didn’t jinx myself. I’m adding a dehumidifier and should be in by next weeks post. From what I read is if they get too wet and moist the plants can develop mildew or mold and fungus and also it says that after a rain or watering you want the pores of the leaves to open back up and if it’s too wet they never open and stop producing. Sounds good to me. Also. Got a new phone. First one in a long while and I made a short vid.

What's up Harvest day .. Honestly I would have left this beautiful Peyote Critical to mature a little longer, but unfortunately the environmental humidity got very high and I was struggling to keep it below 65% .. also because of this, the trichomes have their maturation slowed down a little. However, 10% are amber ... they will partly diminish later, if I do a proper drying (7/10 days) and a good cure of about a couple / three weeks .. So by eye I think I will get roughly between 29 and 32 grams .. We'll see ... I will perform a whole-plant drying, removing only the few remaining medium / large leaves .. It has some beautiful purple color nuances.. Super super sticky .. Perfume from good kush, with earthy notes, mango?, sweet but pungent ... In about two weeks I will clean the buds well, before putting them in the jair.. Ah and I used a led light of 205w .. but we need to divide the absorption for three plants of Peyote C. + 2 automatic LSD that were at the corners of the "Grow" (without mylar cloth) for two months + 3 Kush Cookies in the last two / three weeks .. I will update with photos ... Smoke test..about after November 15th .. Vape test..maybe in ten days.. It was nice and easy to cultivate this strain... Update 7 days 25t ° 60% ur, whole plant + manicure when not too dry yet + 2 more days in brown paper bag (open several times a day to move the flowers). This is one of those cases where in such a short time a strain is already good to taste..for example the other two peyote critical, with which the same identical procedure was done, now that they are in pot for the cure they do not have yet the scent that this already has, like a lots of strain I grow in past..anyway.. Vape test (mighty). 180/186/190 ° taste really good..woody, mango and partly has the same scents that I found in Vanilla Kush(love it).. slightly earthy but the sweetest flavor prevails..also of something else but I can not distinguish really..very good... I thought I could find a taste more than kush "classic"..instead it is a kush but particular, more sweetness.. Quite relaxing effect, from good kush..this I feel that in particular it also relaxes the muscles very much, mentally quite concentrated but relaxed.. I underline that in the vegetative phase I did not give her any nutrients if I did not humus worm in the soil + the soil itself (light-mix).. I did three transplants ..the only liquid used at the start was Root juice..the last transplant, at the bottom of the vase I put about 1/4 of the vase, a super soil created a few months ago as a test, composed of volcanic rocks and other various "natural" components(you can read in first week)😊 .. Later I gave Melassa twice during flowering + two / three times macerated organic banana.. He had only 205w Black-Dog LED as lighting, but to be subdivided with two more of the same strain plus two LSD, also Barney's, plus another three Kush Cookies on the sides of the "Grow without walls".. The final weight of the buds is 16 grams of sun main peaks + 6 grams of popcorn buds... Quantity of really exceptional resin...top of the top..🔝👌🔝👌😍😍 ✌️

OCTOBER 20 (DAY 24): Week four has begun, and I am now so completely full of questions. I’ve got preflowers on at least 2 of the 3 plants, the terminal nodes (is that right?) on all three are looking... uh... busy... lots of long, skinny growth coming out of the bud sites. I am wondering if this means it’s time to start transitioning to bloom nutes, or if I’m a little early yet. On the subject of bloom nutes..... wtf? There are so many options, and it’s hard to tell what can be used with other things and what products are supposed to be direct competitors. This is definitely going to require some trial and error. I’m also not sure what to do about the lights. Because I’m using LST on some but not all of the plants, one is significantly taller than the others (and thus closer to the lights)... this looks like a grow question. OCTOBER 21 (DAY 25): After dealing with a runaway heat problem in my tent and major height discrepancies between the LST’ed plants and the control plant, I decided to reorganize the tent... again. I’ve got my tiny tent in a nook in my bathroom, and there aren’t any ports for intake fans at the bottom of the tent (just windows), so I had been running a small intake fan shoved right up between one of the mesh intake windows and the wall. That didn’t give a ton of open air for the intake fan to draw from, so I rotated the tent 90 degrees so the intake fan has the open room air to pull from. I also raised the LST’ed plants by about 6” so the canopies of all three plants will sit roughly equal. We’ll see if this works. Τoday I fed the plants again. I’m not sure if I am going to prefer to go the FF Bembe route or the AN Big Bud/Bud Candy/Overdrive route, so I am doing a side-by-side on my LST’ed plants. Plant 3 received Bud Candy today, while plant 1 will get Bembe starting next week. I have only been feeding the plants nutes once a week. I’m wondering if I should step that up or just stick to once a week unless the plants start squawking. Any feedback would be much appreciated. TL;DR: To flower or not to flower... to feed or not to feed... to water or not to water... these are the questions. Today 7/30/19, day 57 and the start of week 9. I'm still continuing to alternate between days with my pesticide treatment (especially after finding that bug living on one of hulkberries fan leaf) and thrive alive green daily foliage spray as a prophylactic solution against any possible pests or mold going into these last few dog days of veg. I will flush them with distilled ph'd water for two days this weekend in preparation for flower. Then I'll start them on some "flower fuel" bloom booster on top of my secret for success flower recipe at 1/4 of the recommended strength. Outside of that still no adverse issue to report for the end of the 8th week. After my last trim, they both have responded very nicely, I was kind of worried about fat banana stalled growth. But one thing I noticed when I topped her at the 6th node, yes the main stem stopped growing but it developed many bud sites up and down every stem. Whereas hulkberry was topped at the 8th node, she has mainly focused on developing long stems and only 2 or 3 bud sites along her stems. Even though hulkberry in structure, is much bigger than fat banana and has a way bigger root system. Fat banana is bushier and has developed way more bud sites than hulkberry. I can't tell which strain will yield the most at this point only time will tell! Also, a big shout out to "J"@RQS, thank you for the excellent customer service. Another reason why Royal Queen Seeds is top 3 in breeding!!
